Abysmal sign up service

Absolutely abysmal sign up service, website doesn't work properly when trying to submit documents, tbf email is ok & pretty quick responses. No understanding of country specific "proof of address" / ID & wanted certified translations of the simplest documents even when what they needed was clearly shown.....

Unable to complete signup

Unable to complete signup - different browsers

Signup process is awefull and I'm unable to complete. I've now tried 5 times with 2 different browsers and EVERY time after entering the details and hitting the submit button I get a blank page with only the MES banner at the top. Nothing else. This is with Chrome and Edge on Windows 11.

I tried reseting my password but it says unknown user ID.

over 100 days, still no sign of my money

Put in my claim for my SIPP money back in July - should supposedly take 5 business days to get my money back. As of 23rd of October have received nothing. They keep writing stringent emails to the pension provider, but still nothing.

Everything seemed great, right up until I wanted my money!

Got a notification yesterday (5/11/2024), that says the payout should be in my bank in 10 days. We'll see!

As this is an old arrangement from 2020 before we launched our own SIPP, we just want to clarify the situation. Your SIPP is administered by Hartley Pensions, who are currently in administration, and they are responsible for processing the withdrawal. We have no administrative control over your SIPP.

Unfortunately, it unclear why Hartley have delayed the processing and payment, and despite our numerous attempts to contact senior management, the reason has still not been made clear to us.

In our role as the original introducer, we are very limited with our ability to intervene and resolve this delay. Despite this, we are doing all we can to chase Hartley and get this payment made to you.

Great pension people

I've been with this company for just over a year now, and rate them very highly. Especially if you find the whole pension saga daunting. Great support, communication and help. Great online platform to track your pension whenever you wish
