DROPSHIPPING SCAMMERS!!
On May 5th, 2024 I purchased a dress from this website with express shipping. After it was taking longer than expected to ship, WE reached out to them, as shown in the images, and they said that is wasn't feasible to have all of the sizes all year around. At first we understood. We ordered the dress a lot in advance, so we were okay with waiting. (I ordered the dress for my sister) However, when we reached out again after a couple months went by with no word, and they claimed to not have our dress order. I showed them proof of us talking to another agent (which is when they said they didn't have size 14) and they said it was fake. I then showed them that the website URL was the same. From the email confirmation page, I opened the website code and showed them that it leads to their exact website link. They kept saying we did not place the order. They even told us "we dont want to explain" which is absolutely crazy. I could say more, but the point is DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!! It's just dropshipping! They have the store ran through shopify! If you leave the mouse, it'll say "shopify" because scammers can't afford to buy a better website. If we had a credit card with a short limit for disputes, they would've been able to keep our money. They most likely hope people wont dispute in time. These people are not safe to buy from!! They will "not have your order" even after their agent tells you it would be longer. Disgusting business practice!!!
