Gollo order not delivered…
I have been using gollo toothbrushes for years and had no complaints however I ordered toothbrush heads and other items on the 16th January 2025 and cannot get a response from them. I have emailed them numerous times and all emails have been returned. I have contacted them through their website and no answer to my note - I will be getting my bank involved now!! Very unhappy

Having been a Gollo user to five years, I have never had any issues until now!! Ordered some replacement heads on 4th Jan and still not received (31/01) I have emailed them twice and contacted them via their site, which states they are 'speedy repliers' and still no response!!
I will now need to get my bank involved to try to reclaim the money for items not received and look for an alternative company with better customer service. Very disappointed!

Do like this electric toothbrush even though have had a couple of issues. The issue I have now is it won’t work after a good charge. The other night it started going off on its own and fell, so don’t know if it is broke now. Had to use mouthwash today because I thought it needed a charge, but like I said don’t know if it’s broke, but it was working after it fell of the shelf when it started going off

No option to click zero stars. Awful company to deal with, you will be lucky if your toothbrush arrives and even luckier if further heads arrive. Based in China, no customer support and basically steal your money. Claim they have sent your items and when you challenge that they just fob you off. I have never had any issues with deliveries for years now so as I said if you actually do get their product in the post your lucky. I would 100% swerve and get a good decent brand in the UK. Unhappy and out of pocket. Any good reviews on here I would suggest are written by their staff.

I have now on 2 occasions been asked to remove my negative customer feedback in return for 3 Gollo toothbrush heads free of charge as a gesture of goodwill.
It has been several weeks since I expressed my dissatisfaction with lack of commitment and an inability to supply on demand . Together with processing orders for replacemeng heads whilst taking an age for the product to arrive I now feel exasperated.
The product is rendered useless without the consumables.
I feel the company is disingenuous and the business model unsustainable

I am dismayed by the delivery time of this company. I put my order in for replacement heads over a month ago, and still no sign of them. Seems they are directly shipping from China now.. and having contacted customer service, I got no response. Really disappointing as I actually like the toothbrush - but at least there is always Oral B.
NO REPLACEMENT HEADS AVAILABLE - yet company still selling toothbrushes
I have had a pink gollo toothbrush for a while now . No problems until for the past 8 months , I have been trying to buy some replacement heads - but the pink have been out of stock .
I have emailed customer services four times asking them when they are likely to get more heads in , and ( lately ) IF they are discontinuing the line abs will not be getting any replacement heads . I have received no response . The green heads have now also sold out . Despite this , however on the website , they continuing to sell new pink and green toothbrushes . I suspect that the company are in trouble / having supply issues - however they should be more honest with their customers and not continue to sell new units ( knowing that they don’t have any replacement heads ). I will now have to buy a different electric toothbrush and will go for a more established name I think so that this doesn’t happen again
Amazing toothbrushes
Amazing toothbrushes, purchased 2. Mine stopped charging after around 10 months and I had a replacement sent after a few emails and evidence of the problem. Very happy with the service.
Pretty but poor quality
I have had problems with the handle vibrating but the vibration not getting thru to the toothbrush head a lot in the first year. At just over a year my brush has completely broken. Previous (much cheaper) electronic brushes have lasted far longer and the heads were much cheaper to replace.

I love my Gollo toothbrush. My teeth have never felt cleaner. Furthermore, I would like to thank Customer Service Agent, Rachel, for her great service and swift replies. She helped me replace my toothbrush when it no longer worked properly. She also helped me locate my order for new heads.

I am so happy with my Gollo toothbrush. The charge lasts longer than my Oral B! Rachel at Customer Service was so helpful and quick to respond when I wanted to purchase replacement heads. Well done Gollo!
Great customer service
Was really happy with my Gollo until it developed a fault less than a year into owning it. However, the customer service from Rachel to rectify the situation was excellent and I have a replacement on the way. Thank you!

I’ll be honest, I had high hopes for this toothbrush but unfortunately all it left me with was a bitter taste in my mouth. If I wanted to brush my teeth with a btec version of oral B I would have went to b&m and purchased duo pack for 4pound. Never the less I contacted customer services in the hope that they could be a little humane and refund my glorious toothbrush as it had a crack on the top (due to the poor quality plastic and Dismal packaging) and of course the 2hairs that were attached to the bristles of my apparent pre loved toothbrush. Sharing might be caring but not on my watch and not during a pandemic. Anyway the illiterate uneducated not to mention inadequate fool on the other end appeared to be more interested in his self pride and keeping his head afloat than he did about keeping his customer satisfied. How can this be resolved? Don’t buy from here unless you want cheese block teeth and a headache because if you climb his ego and jump to his IQ you will die. Stay safe and wear a mask x

I honestly anticipated that this would be another scrolling purchase blunder but this toothbrush is fantastic. The charge lasts for weeks!!!
I love the size of the brush head and the replacements aren’t expensive.
I had a small issue with my charger after almost a year but the service team went over and beyond what I expected and sent me a replacement without query.
Best after service I’ve come across in a long time.
Helpful and extremely pleasant company to deal with which matches the quality of their product.

Customer service at Gollo is shocking
Customer service at Gollo is shocking. I have emailed the company but don't receive replies. I ordered replacement heads on 14th May, still haven't received the. So tracked items, dispatched from China, cleared customs in the UK on 26th May, now tracking states the item is in Atlanta, Georgia. I am based in the UK .
