DONT WASTE YOUR $ GO TO FIVE BELOW INSTEAD!!! I spend close to $170 for the Stray kids advent calendar for my daughter and I would be surprised if the total cost of the items provided was more than $30… we got a T-shirt that didn’t even say stray kids on it, a low quality pillow case, a low quality flag to hang on the wall where u can hardly even see the faces of the band members, and various PLASTIC key chains and bracelets that have already turned my daughters wrist blue after only a couple hours of wearing them. Again EXTREMELY disappointing to us especially at this price point.

It's my first time purchasing from My Happy Crate specifically their Advent Calendars! 2024 version has the Christmas village set up and it made each day of unboxing even more exciting! The products are surprisingly high quality- i dont know how they magically managed to fit all 24 items in these little houses! I definitely recommend purchasing their Advent Calendars- specially the Stray kids version!

Bought a 2024 Stray Kids advent calendar for one of my kids. I ordered it on the first pre-order announcement. The site is a little confusing and could use a better user experience, but I managed to get what I wanted. It was unclear when they would actually ship, so as it approached mid November, I contacted their support team to inquire when they would ship. They responded it would be shipping in the next few days but didn’t give an exact date. Finally, I got a shipping notice about a week later. I got two tracking numbers: a USPS and another for the journey from China to when it transferred to USPS. It arrived pretty quickly in the US and was a few days before December 1. Then, the tracking just sat there with no updates for over a week. Now, we were in December and past the start date for the calendar count down. MyHappyCrate instructed me to check in with USPS. I created a package issue and when it still wasn’t here the second week of December, I had to reopen the USPS ticket, and all of a sudden, it was delivered within a day.

My kid had catching up to do so we got to see several items in one fell swoop. They did not disappoint. If these items are not official (not sure if they are or aren’t), they are really high quality alternatives. The Christmas village setup is really cute and everything arrived safe and sound.

I was afraid that it was going to turn out to be a complete bust but I’m very pleased. The only advice I could give MyHappyCrate is to ship sooner.

I pre-ordered an advent calendar in October and it got lost. It's December tomorrow and it's not here, and Royal Mail tracking says they're still expecting to receive it from the company, that update was over two weeks ago!

I tried contacting them by their support email address multiple times, with no reply. Tried their live chat, which told me they'd make sure support emailed me, which they didn't. I tried messaging them on Facebook and Instagram, no reply on either. I have asked for a refund as they guarantee it will reach you by 1st December, but they are still not responding! They will take your money and then ignore you.

Edit as of 14th December - they got in touch and contradicted their own statement about guaranteed Dec 1st delivery, saying they do not guarantee that even when I showed them a screenshot of their facebook page telling a customer that. I finally got a refund for my missing order, then they blocked me on their Facebook etc. Worst customer experience I've ever had, their support is abysmal. Definitely will not order from them again.

I've bought the advent calendars with them 3 years in a row now and it's always worth it! I have gotten both BTS & Stray Kids Calendars in the past and with 24 goods in it, i'm always impressed with the quality! The daily unboxing leading up to Christmas really makes my holidays so much fun! Highly recommend getting the calendars for an exciting countdown to Christmas!

I pre-ordered a K-Advent Calendar a few hours after it was available, and even though on the website they stated that the first orders will be sent starting with the 1st of November (in order to arrive by December), I got my order dispatched on the 20th of November. In a few hours will be December and my tracking number is showing that the parcel just left the Airport in China for UK. Who knows when it will arrive? I don't know how the contents will be, but this is extremely poorly managed. It was supposed to be a gift to hand today, for the whole month of December. They say the orders are sent in chronological order of how they are purchased. If so, I don't want to even think of you guys that ordered a day after, a week, or a month. It will arrive by next year.
In conclusion, don't order from this website if you want to have an Advent Calendar for the whole month of December.

Update: 7th of December and still nothing.
