Words can not express how taking this driving course has open my eyes and given me greater insight while driving. I am more aware and conscious on the space I keep between me an another car, I am so calm while driving not only looking out for myself but others as well, whether they be pedestrians, bike riders or in a car. I think everyone should be expected to take this course at least every three years, i truly believe it will cut down on accidents on highways as well as lower insurance cost. IMPROV I salute you for the material and the experience, it change my driving skills 👌 🙌 👏 😉

They never reported it to my dmv as…
They never reported it to my dmv as promised but told me they did I even called back twice and they said it was sent I ended up with my license suspended for unpaid ticket because they never got the info what a SCAM

This test has drastically gotten worse…
This test has drastically gotten worse over the past three years. This is the third time I took it.
1. * super important, it now has face scanning feature to make sure you are taking the test. This is intrusive and makes you only take the test on a phone or laptop. Desktops dont work. Huge inconvenience, for the next reason.
2. The site now is super slow, it hangs, there is a loading wait, which is probably due to this random photo scan, it prevents you from finishing the test. You will have to reload, close the screen countless of times. So get ready to be frustrated.
3. And this is only for those who took the test before. It's not funny. It used to be funny it had a good comedian, had funny , scary , weird stories. Now you have this diversity geek team, which look like they got the last comedian fired and now are trying to pool all their mental resources to regurgitate some of the funny bits the previous guy said. So if you never saw it, it will sound stupid funny, like if your three yod told you a joke, but if you took the test before, get ready for a letdown. Good news, there might be an opening for a Funny Defensive test, so this site can die naturally.
4. Interestingly enough, the new quizzes in the test are easier than in the test before. So if you got dumber since you last got the certificate, you'll pass on the first time now. The previous one really made sure you read the material, now it's really about common sense. "What does the freeway have a lot of?" - Pedestrians?, fast moving cars?, trains?. Your 10 yod can take the test for you.

Late submission
They were late in submitting the course completion certificate leading to a court date to request removal of points. Another couple was present with the exact same complaint. Not reliable.

Defensive driving course....
Rates are high these days due to drivers not caring, not paying attention and causing more wrecks. I decided to take advantage of the 10% defensive driving course. It's similar to driving. If you pay attention and listen then you can help yourself and those in your vehicle. It was very informative and serious information. It is very convenient I took it on my phone and on my own time. So why not take advantage of safety and savings.

Horrible! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Horrible!! No follow up with insurance, terrible customer service! I don't recommend!! Took the defensive driver course, (paid more for it than others) but they did not send the certificate to my insurance as they said they would within 24 hours, so I had to waste 20 minutes on the phone well over a week later waiting to speak to a "student" agent, who didn't know a thing about "why that could have happened", and finally hung up on me without a goodbye (and I was nice on the call). Anyway, she couldn't explain why after over a week my insurance company hadn't received my certificate and offered no explanation. I would NEVER repeat a course from this company. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!! Do not use them! They don't do what they promise! Needless to say I will NEVER take another course from them and WOULD NEVER recommend them to ANYONE.

Defensive driving at The Improv
I signed up for this course to get a lower policy payment and to my surprise I'm excited to say it was worth it. The course is easy to follow and easy to understand. Defensive driving are too simple words and yet it means so much behind the wheel. It can save lives and money and time I'm very thankful I was able to find this course and take it.

I took the driver improvement course…
I took the driver improvement course and received 10% off my vehicle insurance. I understood that my wife could also take the course (she is included on the insurance policy). The course would not accept her information to take the course to receive another discount.
