Interesting that this company is difficult to find on Trustpilot, and is under Calmara, even though it is "My Kalm". This company sells bracelets that are supposed to help with hot flashes. The website is full of what looks like reviews by Trustpilot. When you click on the actual reviews it doesn't take you to Trustpilot. I fell for it as I thought the reviews were actually from Trustpilot. When I received the bracelets they were shoddy and do not do anything. They are very uncomfortable to wear. When I tried to return, they only offer "store credit", not an actual refund even though the website says 30 day guarantee or refund, and I tried to return the same day I received them.

The quality is poor and the refund is a scam, only store credit for more poor quality items is offered.

Do not purchase a Kalm bracelet. I thought I would give it a try since it offered a 30 day money back guarantee. Unfortunately, it’s uncomfortable to wear and not very attractive to wear. I don’t notice any change after wearing it. The guarantee is a scam. My request for a return was refused and offered store credit.

Bought two bracelets and a piece of wood. I feel like I bought a pet rock. No instructions. No information on what to do with the round piece of wood. Nothing on their site.
Their return policy is useless, and they falsely advertise that they are on Trustpilot - they are not, as you can see, only poor reviews here.
Go to Reddit and other forums to see other feedback.

Bracelet concept is excellent; unless you have a small wrist. Unfortunately, even with adjusting the sizing, the bracelet didn’t fit.

Buyer be careful - if the item is bought on sale it is not eligible for a money back return. ONLY store credit.

The bracelets are lovely if you like bracelets, though overpriced for what you get. I do not generally wear jewelry.
When mine arrived i tested the magnetic strength and found that there was NO magnetic attraction to metal whatsoever. I contacted the company to request a return thinking mine might have been defective. They responded that although neodymium magnets are exttemely strong, the way they are "calibrated and embedded" in the bracelet " produces a gentle, low-intensity magnetic field".
Though they quickly responded to my request, their policy for returning product is that if it was purchased at a promotional price you may only have store credit, and postage is at your expence. Since they only sell bracelets and rings, what good does that do me?
Their policy for returns insures that no one will ever return them.
If they were a reputable company who believed in their product, they would request that a person wear one of them long enough to see results. If they did not, they could return the used one with the unused one for a refund, knowing that most people would be satisfied by their quality product that performed as claimed.
I DO NOT recommed you buy the Kalm bracelet!
