I was happy to be able to post the obituary I created for my deceased mother on this website to share with loved ones and keep forever.

I like Kepper Memorials because I am able to add so many details and photos. I also love the family tree thing you can do :)

I like the whole website and the service provided.

When creating the page for a loved one, there is no dormant time. Edited out not, Keeper puts your page out live. There is no “publish” button.
The web version vs the app are completely different as many features become unavailable on the app.
Paying for the service, you are supposed to have ability to post videos which does not seem to be the case.
There is no Place for the family to post updates unless you want to change the original obituary that you’ve added to the page.

It was easy to use and gave loved ones a place to leave memories.

The good; I've had no problem with the site itself, in fact I did have a suggestion and they made that option available very quickly. The questionable; You are allowed to upload pictures, but it is limited. I purchased the 'Plus' option expecting friends and family to upload pictures as well the ones I posted and I didn't want it to be limited for friends and family who would want to have that option.

Prompt replies to any questions I have had.
Excellent customer service and the site itself is great.

I found this website and glad I did because it was most helpful in such a very sad time in my life to remember my “lil sis”.

Your site presents a wonderful memorial. Everyone loved it, however I had to instruct them to click mementos button to see photos. I guess it's an American thing. I would have rated 5 stars if not for that.

Keeper Memorials provided an excellent service. The attention we received from beginning to end was just right. The quality of the facilitation during the service was better than I had imagined possible for this kind of event. Our event was entirely online, which I think made the planning easier and the outcome better for everyone involved. We have received many positive comments from friends and family and while nobody wants to organize memorials often, I would certainly hire them again.

keeper staff were very helpful explaining why so few images were visible and in helping me upgrade my cousin's account to Plus.

There is an issue to upload photos and videos with keeper plus too.

People are not able to locate it immediately perhaps the landscape needs to be looked at

The uploading takes a lot of time

About 30% of people were unable to upload it independently especially videos.

This website is a beautiful space to collect and treasure memories for years to come. My only wish is that there were albums rather than the "momentos" format for photos. That was these photos can be organized more once gathered but even the premium service does not appear to have that capability. I do thank you for this space and for the minimal lifetime fee to maintain this website.

The platform is more rigid than expected and took a couple of tries to make work. I regret my choice given that there were other obituary options, but don't want to go back now having already created and shared the page. Awkward to use, awkward to share, and unable to share memories more than 1 photo at a time.
