I had a phone call with Jimmi, he was a delight to speak with and even was able to work around the fact that my contact that was over 18 was out of the country! It was an awesome enrolment which made me feel relaxed and super excited about this certificate!

Lara was super helpful and patient
Lara was super helpful and patient, we were on the phone for over an hour due to me having issues with my bank password. She was quick to come up with solutions and eventually figured out a way I could make payment and officially enrol in the course.

Harrassment
I agree to Jayne. NEVER give your contact details - they are relentless and I'm am feeling completely harassed. I was interested in a course - the website asked that you enter an email address + phone to receive a course brochure. I have NOT received a brochure and have asked them not to call until I have absorbed the course information, I have blocked their phone number and still they call me every couple of days. Given the level of harassment, i would never do any course with them.

Whatever you do dont let these guys get a hold of your contact details. They are relentless with pursuing you for a consultation even after you flat out tell them you aren't interested. Block the number and they just try from another one.

I would not uses these at all. Question mark around their photography certificates from other reviews I have read. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to do the course I signed up to. They could have let me out of the course but chose not to. Once they sign you up, you have three days to cancel, they get paid for signing you up. Seems they get their money then don't really give a hoot. Tried various times to sort this with no luck. They fill your head with so much stuff, it's hard to remember it all. Personally I would not use them, should have done more research on them. I'm currently paying for a course I am unable to do. I hadn't even completed the first lesson in this course. Disgusting ripping off a pensioner, when the solicitor told me they could have let me out of the course because of my circumstances but chose not to.

Not as advertised- tafe would have been better
The process was easy and simple to complete while having a part time job too. Although I will say teaching yourself something you don’t know without a teacher was very hard to stay motivated.
I do understand that the self studied part for assignments, where as I think if you had pre-recorded videos of teachers teaching the different modules then it would feel more worth it for the money.
Overall I do think it was a lot of work, time and money for a certificate in “common diseases in animals” as I pretty much taught myself while learning the content defeating the purpose of learning this course at all. All for a certificate for diseases not even for a vet assistant like advertised.
To add I’m confused on why I’d spend 5 months of my time for a “certificate of attainment in animal diseases” and not a “vet assistant certificate” as advised.
I won’t be doing it again.
