The team at Learning Online really made the enrolling process enjoyable and their enthusiasm and understanding made for great conversation. The course platform is super easy to navigate and the course work is great so far - looking forward to completing.

I really enjoyed my zoology course everything was super easy to understand and the fact I didn't feel rushed made it 110% more relaxing unlike other courses I have done.
I felt very confident in knowing I would get support aswell if I needed. Overall very happy .

Joining was easy and had a very good customer service, the second I was signed on that’s when the great service stopped.

A week after joining I decided against the career change I’d decided to use the course to achieve.
I asked how can I cancel & im happy to pay any admin fees and not pursue any type of refund for the few hundred already paid.
The amount of help I got via email was a short answer saying “after three days, there is nothing we can do”

Given that online education is based off of word of mouth and online reviews, I thought let’s post my dissatisfaction, strong desire to advise people to stay away from undertaking study through said provider and see if there really is “nothing that can be done”.

I have no desire to pay more than 6k for a course that I have no desire to complete, no plans to become a professional in the field and can easily be seen to have not even logged in or completed further exams.

How hard is it to say, it’s not for you….. this is what you need to pay in order to cancel and then we go seperate ways????

The Professional Dog Grooming Certificate offered by mylearningonline in conjunction with igroomhub was thorough, detailed and easy to follow! It offers in-depth advice and coursework that can be hard to learn just “on the job”.

The tutors are friendly and supportive and offer valuable and honest constructive criticism, suggestions and feedback. They helped to make this course a pleasure to complete!

Signing up was oh-so-easy and tutors are also quick to respond when you have a question or need help with the course content.

I would recommend this course to anyone interested in becoming a certified Dog Groomer. 5 ⭐️

I enjoyed the flexible nature of working through the course. I enjoyed gaining a greater understanding of the horticultural environment, its application to the world, and how I can do better on my own. It was easy to read, to complete the exams and assignments.

The setup staff made it such an effortless process, Trent for signing me up and the lovely irish lady (sorry i forgot your name please dont hate me) walking me through everything on the dashboard aswell as what i would like to see myself going into and my interests. Transparency is key and im fully confident that this will spark a new love in my life, excited to hear from the tutors now and well on the way to success. As a newbie to photography, I was looking around on different websites and Learning Online caught my eye. Dylan gave me a call shortly after I sumbitted my enquiry and we got straight into it.
