Overall I think they were very helpful. My attorney, Elizabeth, was really excellent. I cannot say enough about her. I didn't spend a whole lot of time with her but every minute counted. And my caseworker, Rebecca, was diligent in keeping up with me and my appointments, making sure documents were current, and updating me every so often. She was personable and professional, accurate and accessible. These two women really made my process easier and less stressful. Given that my moods and behaviors vary from day to day, these two did such a great job of interacting with me in a way as to keep focused on the goal. I appreciate them so much. I really didn't interact with anyone at Myler that didn't treat me well. And for the longest time I had misunderstood -- while they have and use and assign a lawyer to claimants for a hearing, they are NOT all lawyers. Once I understood the organization better, what they were doing and asking me to do made SO MUCH MORE SENSE! But it was really my fault that it took me so long to grasp what they had already explained (more than once). 😊

I thought at times I would have been better off with someone local. I thought at times I could have won on my own, without any attorney/s. I thought at times I would lose no matter what. My point here is, I thought a lot of things, but thinking them didn't make them true. And in the final assessment, I did need some help collecting all documents on time, submitting things to the court, preparing for my hearing, and setting expectations for after the decision (which for me, was positive). I hired Myler for this job and they delivered.

I won my case but Myler helped me so very much. I could have chosen many firms or attorneys or whatever to assist me, but I am glad and satisfied with Myler. If I had lost my case I would have to pay for my documents, but nothing more. It's fair. And they follow the law. Yes, I'm satisfied and grateful.
