It's expensive for what it is. Need to drill 2 holes in your wall to put them up which causes more damage than a normal picture frame. When hung landscape, it's difficult to open so needs to be taken... Voir plus

Incredible customer service
The customer service at this company is impeccable. The shipping company lost my order, and the team at My Little Davinci were amazing about it. They did everything possible to try and recover, and promptly issued a full refund despite it being an issue with the shipping company. Throughout, their communication was warm, human and unbelievably timely and helpful. Would order from them again, simply to support.

A great present that lives on…
This is such a great gift for a newborn! Their works of art are preserved (up to 50 sheets) and displayed in an appreciative way. It’s my go to gift - I know as a teacher this is a way of valuing the child’s creativity and much better than a bit of blu tacked pic!
Packaging for fragile item is excellent. Payment & delivery great.

Our second frame. The first one already has over 30 art works (?) in! Really easy to use. Prompt and clear delivery to home or a pick up location for safety. Great ideas on the website for new projects.

Not worth it.
It's expensive for what it is. Need to drill 2 holes in your wall to put them up which causes more damage than a normal picture frame. When hung landscape, it's difficult to open so needs to be taken off the wall to change pictures, defeating the whole point. Would not recommend or buy again.

Thank you for your honest feedback — we’re sorry to hear the experience didn’t meet your expectations.
While the frame does come with screws for a secure wall mount, it can also be installed using strong double-sided mounting tape for those who prefer not to drill holes. We’re happy to offer guidance on alternative installation methods that are less invasive.
Regarding the landscape orientation — we understand that accessing the frame can be less convenient in that position. We appreciate you pointing this out and will take it into account as we continue improving the product design.
We truly value your input and thank you for giving our frame a try.

Good product
Good product. Naively I thought I would be able to hang it on a nail I already had but I discovered that this could not be done. You can only use the support provided. That said it is a nice product and works well. I wish there was a bit more flexibility with the paper size. I have a few drawings that are just slightly bigger than an A3 (because the paper was cut not quite the right size) and they don't fit.

We appreciate you pointing out the hanging system limitation — you're absolutely right that it only works with the included support, and we'll make sure that's clearer in our product descriptions going forward.

Extremely well packaged
Extremely well packaged! I bought them for my grandsons artwork. 2 grandsons - so I ordered 2x A4 frames and 2x A3 frames. We’re very happy with the frames. Would highly recommend!
