The skill of my hairdresser, Carol, is outstanding, and her commitment to ensuring my hairdo, which was done for a very special occasion, lasted until that moment. It was above and beyond the usual services of a high street salon. I was complemented numerous times specifically about my "fantastic hair" at the function. Partial card details needed on the receipt - no excuses
If you pay with a credit or debit card, the receipt given doesn't show ANY detail of the card you've used! When you go through your receipts a few days later how are you supposed to know what card you've paid with???

Hi Chris. Dissapointing to read your comments, if the issue is relating to details of a receipt, why not just get in touch with us, rather feeling the need to leave a one star review?
As far as I'm aware, payments are marked as Lowi Ltd in your bank, which is the name of the company. We've only recently started using Stripe as a payment processor, but this is the first complaint we've had.
I'll certainly look into it, but maybe next time, talk to the business first if you have a question or a problem. We bend over backwards to help customer service wise, but can only help if we are aware of the issue in the first place.

I felt so light after my massage and even given advice for well-being after treatment like drink water, warm bath later etc
