This company are a scam .bought a ninja swirl advertised with great reviews. Unfortunatly they were made up. Paid £ 119 which was a great price, paid 23rd sept told 3-5days delivery. Weeks went by email after email fobed off. Then they closed down the web site. Got my money back as i used credit card. They said it was a scam. Avoid my lovely home like the plague

Scam company ordered a barbaque same senecio as every one else . Blocked from tracking the day it was to be delivered . Section 75 with bank full refund . Dodgy has hell site buyers beware

Do not order from this company it’s a scam . I ordered two ninja ice cream machines 22 September and I still haven’t received them .they told me they was out of stock but there other warehouses who you had them in stock but would take a bit longer 7- 9 days in, after numerous e mails I still haven’t received them . They are a fraudulent company and scammers .

THIS IS A SCAM. Unfortunately the website is still live with people still able to order goods, but you will never receive anything.

ordered something on the 6th october...still not arrived. notified my bank, who have refunded my visa card and reported this company as being a scam. DONT TOUCH THEM ...STUPID OF ME TO THINK YOU COULD GET SOMETHING SO CHEAP. Unfortunately you cant give no star...so had to put one!

I would have given -5 stars if I could. I ordered a ninja icecream machine. I was told that the "UK" warehouse was out of stock and to wait 7-10 days. Its now been 3 weeks. I have sent several emails, with no response and now the tracking website has blocked me from checking the shipping status. I had to try to claim my money back from my card issuer. These people are the lowest of the low scum bags. Please do not order from them. You will not see your item or your money back. They should stopped and charged with fraud.

I ordered and paid £119 for a Ninja Creami Swirl ice cream maker on 8th Oct. Only afterwards did I realise there was no comparable price anywhere, so immediately had post purchase 'too good to be true' concerns. That evening had an email, saying usual warehouse out of stock, but another warehouse would deliver in 8-9 days. We're now 21st and nothing, and the tracking link sent takes me to an invalid site owned by Polaxs which is the payee on my credit card statement to whom any contact is impossible because their email and contact us forms don't work. Scam. Please avoid. I now have to try a chargeback via my credit card.

Ordered an ice cream maker for £119 said it would take 2-3 days, 4wks on, no ice cream maker, no money! Contacted customer service who kept saying it would arrive then they stopped answering. Dont use them, scam site!

I ordered two bath mats which were sold as rubber and non slip for 20 pounds. They arrived and were nothing like what I ordered. Cheap rubbish, not rubber and made from cheap materials and not waterproof. I would not recommend this company it is a fraud.

Ordered a BBQ on the 20th Sept with delivery promised within 5 days. Nothing arrived by 15th October and impossible to get hold of any customer service. Their office address is in temporary office space. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...
Section 75 issued and my Credit card company reimbursed me the same day so they must be well known to them. Hopefully ''My Lovely Home'' is liquidated soon..

I ordered an ice cream maker from this outfit 10 days ago, 6th oct, for 1 to 3 days delivery.
No delivery so I emailed and was told it would arrive last Friday or sat. Given carriers name, no such company. Sent five emails no response. £119.99 down. I would advise dealing with amazon, Argos etc. may pay more but at least would get your item.

Ordered and paid for a BBQ reportedly in stock. Initially told was in Netherlands. Still no sign of it. Then told was in USA. Still no sign of it!
Further complaint said refund sent. Yet another delay and misinformation! No sign of refund.
Obviously a scam so beware of this ‘company’!

Showermat absolute rubbish very thin very creased on arrival. Complained refund refused, raised a case with PayPal

Faulty goods. The hard drives they sell don't work, they're too slow to load files and the copied files are unrecoverable.

Selling faulty goods. I bought some external hard drives from them which did not work. First of all it took hours to copy a file across from my PC, then any file copied on to these hard drives became faulty and could not be recovered.
They refused to refund me, strung me along for days with requests for information, then said I was out of time.

I bought 2 computer hard drives from them, both of which corrupted any files transferred to them. They refused to refund my money.

Where do I start. Firstly thought I was buying from a company in Austria. The 4T hard drive then arrives weeks later direct from China. Then product does not work and after spending days trying to get the hard drive to work I contact support. They have me spend hours sending photos and videos of the unit continuously showing errors, but they tell me that there is nothing wrong with the unit. I tell them that there is product is not fit for purpose and they offer me a refund if I pay to ship back to them which equates to nearly 50% of what I paid for the junk. They offered me 10% refund which is a joke. Incidentally I have a number of very good hard drives and therefore know how to transfer from a laptop to a hard drive. Stay away from this company certainly if buying anything electrical.

Had issue with electronics product . Support to resolution was swift professional technically and resolved in days . Superb customer service

The order took over 3 weeks to arrive. When it finally came, it was in a soft envelope so the products were crumpled and not fit for purpose. (Irrespective of the damage, they are really poor quality products.) I went back and forth with the company, and sent them photos and a clear explanation, and they wouldn’t do anything to resolve the issue.
