My Mystique Avis 

I ordered the Chanel Coco Mademoiselle fragrance. My favourite perfume of all time.
It was fake. No smell and a darker colour than the original. I was so upset, that I’d actually allowed myself to be drawn in and scammed! Fortunately I’d paid by credit card and was going to get a full refund through my bank. I emailed the company of my disappointment and intentions and they offered me a 30% refund. I refused and after another couple of offers I decided to accept the 80% final offer.
I wanted closure immediately rather than wait the 30 days for the bank to deal with it.

Very poor quality and I'm my opinion not the genuine product. Not even packaged correctly

I cannot give them a star for fraud .. the chanel blu i ordered was some type of chemical . I am now complaining to Facebook for letting these criminals trade on the page. The liquid inside could be hazardous so please be careful if you have purchased from these crooks. I am also contacting Chanel direct to make a complaint to Facebook as they are encouraging platforms to rip off the public

I purchased a pack of Chanel Coco Mademoiselle recently and have opened it for the first time today. What an utter disappointment. The bottle and label and stopper is nothing like any Coco Mademoiselle I have had before. The box was very authentic.
Now to the fragrance! No resemblance to the real thing and you couldn't smell it at all after a few minutes!
Don't waste your money it's definitely not the real thing!

I would give them minus stars if I could.
Before Christmas I ordered two bottles of Chanel no 5 parfum.
When it eventually arrived it was obvious it was fake coloured water with a slight smell of something NOT Chanel.
I have tried to contact them on the e mail they quoted but the message just pings back. Don’t know what else to do but so angry with being scammed and losing money I cannot afford to lose.
I hope this will help anyone else to give them a wide berth.

Was very disappointed with the time it took to arrive and when it did i sprayed the purfume comparing it 2 another one I have bought from " Boots "and they are totally different .
The purfume if that is what u call that i received today has been watered down .Was so looking forward to getting byt no complete conn .Don't be fooled like i was

Absolute scam stay clear , recieved product today box smashed to pieces and can clearly see and smell that it is fake , SHOCKING!!!!!!

My Mystique is a dormant jewellery company, these recent reviews for perfume appear to relate to Mystique Aura, and yes they are terrible fakes

Ordered Lancôme idole, coco Chanel mademoiselle, and Carolina Herrera worth 185 pounds, got delivered few days ago , smells different, perfume bottle broken . I have been trying to contact them via email but no response yet

What a load of rubbish. Fake and damaged goods and poor customer service. Complaint lodged with my credit card provider. Avoid these scammers!

Hello, I ordered a Dior perfume and unfortunately another lady Empirio Armani perfume arrived very late. I am very disappointed with the service

Unfortunately fake items delivered. Libre YSL 90ml and Jean Paul Gaultier 100ml. To be fair they do smell ok and I should have thought twice about the price but, hey ho, we live and learn! UPDATE After lots of emails and comparison pictures of their and my own bottle, I finally managed an 80% refund.

Don't bother. Been waiting over 4 weeks now and keep being told 7-14 days. Originally ordered a product that was out of stock apparently. Only offered a replacement. Absolutely useless

My favour perfume by Lancôme opened up the box and knew straight away this isn’t my favourite perfume no smell whatsoever !
Absolutely disgusted took three weeks to get here to find it fake !
Send a email straight away and awaiting a response
They can have the perfume back and I want a full refund

I ordered a bottle of Chanel Coco Mademoiselle Eau de Parfum (100ml) from Mystique Aura on 9 May 2025 for £67.

When I eventually opened it, the perfume had virtually no scent and smelled nothing like the authentic Chanel fragrance I have worn for over 15 years.
I contacted Mystique Aura straight away, but they:Repeatedly insisted on offering only a 30% partial refund or a replacement I didn’t want.
Dismissed my concerns as “personal perception,” despite the product being clearly substandard and not as described. I have initiated cashbsck via credit card.

All the perfumes are fake DON'T BUY! It took 3 weeks to arrive

I thought the Lancôme Idole was genuine.Took two weeks to arrive.Wasn’t genuine.Paid£59.00.I new straight way as the perfume doesn’t stand up.As I know you can buy a stand for It. Absolutely disgusted.🤢 Just a massive scam.AVOID.If I could put Zero stars I would..😡

Honestly got shafted by this company, I bought Chanel Bleu, got the English channel water total rip off, do you know the saying once bitten twice shy, shame on you.
