My Natural Pond Avis

Wonderful products with simple installation! They work great, and added just what we were looking for.

What a fabulous product and wonderful experience with customer service. The instructions were comprehensive and easy to follow. Basically everything is ready to go when you receive it. I installed the fountain without help. I got wet but over all it went smoothly! I recommend ordering the back up battery-strongly as it has made a huge difference in the length of time the fountain runs. Also, try and find a south east facing spot, this also made a huge difference. I had to order the 32’ extender and really should have ordered two of them. The price is right, the experience a breeze and outcome exactly what I was hoping for!

Service and delivery was good, but haven't tried the product yet

The solar fountain is exactly as you described. Wonderful product.

Quick shipping. I have purchased several solar powered fountains and have been terrible disappointed. Decided to try this one which is a little more costly but I don’t have electricity at my pond so I have to get solar powered.

I got the larger of the two fountains and LOVE it!!!! It’s perfect. Easy to set up. Will be ordering the longer extension cord. I can’t believe how high the water sprays when the sun is shinning bright. Has a pretty spray even in the shade. The sounds of the water splashing is absolutely mesmerizing.

I have two other ponds I will be ordering one for each of those as well!

So far, all is going well.
Good packaging and clear instructions.
Easy to set up. Great flow of water for my waterfall.

The customer service is unmatched!

So far so good! Extremely easy company to deal! Great customer service and they returned my phone call in a timely fashion regarding product questions. Product was exactly as described, easy assembly with provided instructions.

Customer service was great quick delivery

I believe it was the owner I talked to. He was amazing and helped talk me through the proper pump along with some great tips on how to install and what to expect with solar. The pump is surprisingly powerful.

Excellent communication, and a very good product. We use it yearly.

Very good service and a great place to buy.

When I received my fountain, I realized that I had accidentally ordered the non-floating version. I called and Ron was fantastic and wanted to make sure I got what I needed. He was able to send out the floating version within a week and asked that i send back the other pump when i verified that everything was working properly! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!! Great fountain!

The pump is great it works super well and does the job just as good as an electrical pump I’m so satisfied to the point I want to get another one id definitely recommend getting a back up battery because it helps so much after the sun goes down the design and everything was just awesome I love the pump and got it fast

I haven't used it yet because it's just getting warm out but customer service is A1 plus!

I first asked for help with my fountain and was given a prompt reply. I ordered what was recommended and the post office delivered it in a plastic mail container because, although there were "Fragile" stickers all over they managed to smash the box and one of the gallon containers broke and leaked all over.

I let them know what happened and they immediately sent a replacement!

I will definitely will order again from this company!

This product has become the only one I will use to clean up the bottom. Very simple and safe.

They had exactly what I wanted. Transaction went smoothly. The shipping was fast.

It’s always a pleasure doing business with this company. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Got what I wanted, works as advertised, fast delivery and credited me for items on sale.
