I was trying to place an order for a new mattress but having great difficulty in getting a discount code to work in conjunction with a Saturday delivery. I emailed customer service and Simon replied very quickly and the problem was solved. My order was placed and confirmed by 7.30 am on Friday morning and my mattress was delivered at 6.45 am on Saturday morning. I was given regular updates too - I couldn't ask for any more. Great service and comfy mattress. The mattress arrived the next day and the delivery guys were really helpful. I would highly recommend this mattress, it is quite firm in that you don't roll around but also soft enough to feel really comfortable.

Never thought I’d say this about a mattress company, but best customer experience I’ve had in a long while. My product went out of stock but rather than making this my problem, the customer service team offered a number of solutions and made sure I never went without a mattress given we had a guest staying with us that week.
