I have been ordering from this company for 2 years now never had any problems, I buy for husband and my 3 sons we love the outdoor bucket hat perfect for fishing day or activities outside. My sons love the beanies they have nearly all the colors between them! They wash well quality is good. The vintage cadet is my husbands current favorite style he always get compliments!

I’d give this company ZERO stars if it was possible!! I ordered one hat, somehow my order changed to two hats (both the same!). I immediately tried to correct the mistake but after about 1 minute it was too late to change it. My card was charged and I received two hats. I tried one on but, although they are adjustable, unless you have a pinhead, it was too small at the largest size possible. I contacted the company but somehow they don’t take returns for sizes that don’t fit! They also won’t take returns for hats you don’t want such as a duplicate order of the exact same hat! Now I have TWO unusable hats with no success in returning!! I have NEVER been this unhappy with an online company!!! DO NOT BUY FROM Mynoogin!!

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Bought a hat, paid for it. Received invoice via email and hat was never shipped. They did get back when I reached out only to say they weren’t at fault and they are contacting there shipping department. Only problem is, USPS said a label was created but nothing was ever shipped. They lied as well telling me it was lost in shipping despite never actually being picked up or dropped off.

They sent me the wrong hat and a month later they are looking into it. Avoid this company like the plague

Do not buy. Not legit. Order placed, credit card charged, never received, never responded to requests for proof of delivery, and of course, never refunded.

They only get one star. They are nothing more than a scam. They never responded to any of my inquiries of where is my order from over a month ago.

Liked what I saw on their website and decided toy buy a few hats. It been over a month with no communication from them. I've tried to call and email and have gotten nothing. Scam!!

Ordered 2 hats. Next day I read the reviews. They were not good. I told my wife I probably should not have ordered from them. Well 5 days later order arrived and the hats are very nice. Just what I wanted. If I need anymore hats I'll definitely check their inventory. I'm surprised they received so many bad reviews.

Not transparent about shipping times. The item I received was wrong yet they want me to pay for the shipping cost to return it. Why would I have to pay for their mistake? Looks like this is a pattern and will be reported to the FTC

Received notification that the hat shipped - from mainland China. Took almost 2 weeks to arrive. When I opened the package, I saw they sent the wrong color. I ordered dark gray and received a nauseous color of green. Doesn't match anything I own. It's also way too small for an adult, so I tried to return. They wanted me to pay return shipping. I said no. Since it was their fault, I said they should be responsible for return shipping. They then offered a 25% discount if I kept the hat. I said once again that I had no use for it and that they needed to cover return shipping. Their final offer was to offer a 50% reimbursement. I finally agreed. I doubt I'll ever see the money, but if I do I'll update this review. Anyway, let the buyer beware! This is a disreputable company that should be avoided.

Items take forever to be delivered. Just a trash site and brand.

Worst company such a scam. I ordered to be the beginning of December so they can be here for Christmas. Still haven’t received. Still can’t get a hold of anybody. This is all a scam.

They sent me the wrong style of hat and refused to respond until I opened a PayPal case. After over a month of back and forth they finally agreed to refund me IF I sent the incorrect hat back to them. I had to pay return shipping, so I ended up losing money because of their mistake.

I waited 10 days for my beanie to arrive, only to find out it was the wrong style. I sent an email to customer service and still have not heard back 7 days later. I am returning the item and am losing $5 from the fee. It's just a hat, I'm not upset, but the whole thing was a waste of time (and $5)

I'm afraid I have to agree with other reviews: this company is a scam. I ordered and was emailed some kind of bogus tracking number from CJPacket showing a label was created in China! Months later, no change in status. I have emailed (no reply), called (no answer), and sent messages on their online feedback (no reply). After six months, I am now filing a claim with my bank.

I ordered two beanies from them in the spring, got them, happy with the quality. My mom liked them, so I ordered two for her. They've never arrived, and no response from site.

2 months no product. No response to my emails. Last year got my hats in days

I ordered what looked like a very attractive straw hat from these guys and i9t took quite a while to get here. I was shocked to see it arrive in a plastic envelope. When I opened the envelope it arrived completely unwearable. It's smashed to hell and back.

Placed an order, said it would be received in 12 days. It took 14 days to receive a tracking number that was no good. I escalated issue through PayPal to get a response of updated tracking from Shanghai C H I N A ( insert voice) to have items updated to awaiting transport additional 24 days. Still hasn’t left yet. Just want my $ back !
