I reached out to Oasis to see if they could do anything, they responded within 24 hrs and assured me it would be on the way and if not to reach back out, as well as giving me a 15% off discount. "Five stars for the amazing customer service! They are so much easier to deal with than their competitors. My only issue was with the shipping/packaging of my Glow order. It didn't look or act like the videos I saw on TikTok (it wouldn't dissolve), which makes me nervous to use it. I’d love to see better packaging in the future, but I'll stick with this brand because their support team is top-notch."
