Ordered frozen fruit and 2 pounds of chicken in early May. I called in late May and told no delivery due to Memorial Day weekend. Finally notified it was shipped second week in June. Took 5 days FedEx. Box smelled rotten before opening. Pkgs blown up rotting. No response to email within 1 hr of delivery, phone calls went to voicemail. In the meantime it took 2 weeks with a dispute filed with credit card company to get at credit to my card. Why they would ship frozen food over 5 days to florida in June leads me to question their policies. In the meantime I had 23 lbs of rotten chicken, etc to live with until garbage pick-up. Company is bad news.

I ordered military meals and never got it. It was suppose to be delivered May 4. When I complained they just kept sending me blurry pictures over and over again of it being delivered. This company is a scam and I would recommend you not buying from them because they do not stand by there products and will just take your money

I ordered the Alexipur Pro water system that was supposed to come with the stand, four filters, and the 5 gallon water container. What I got was the filters and filtration system. So I'm missing the stand and water container. Called the company and they said I could send it back, but I'd have to pay shipping.., and when I asked if they could include the standard 5 gallon water container and charge me what it would've cost had they shipped it all together, I was told it would cost more ordered separately. Steer clear of this company. Most disappointing purchase I've ever made, and most companies would fix this.

Edit: After a few days I was contacted by the company and they agreed to send the water container and stand.

This is a good company with a variety of products that are high quality. I have purchased 3 different ones (air purifier, accessory, and food). All are top notch.

I have been stocking up for a couple of years with no problems. Shipping was fast and the products were fine.
I thought I would try a “gourmet “ product they had on sale. This product was shipped USPS instead of UPS like their own products are shipped. It got lost in transit and I tried to get a replacement or refund. Anyone I contacted kept telling me that the product was in transit. I got someone on the phone and he was a smarmy little jerk that was very condescending.
I finally got to some else that said a store credit would be faster that a refund and I accepted that since I will continue to buy regular products.
Still waiting on that.

First time buyer, order a bundle of 12 MREs and water. Everything arrived promptly and in good condition, but I noticed the Best By date was only 2 years from now and the website says up to 3 years. Called customer service where I was informed that they do not produce this brand in house, they merely distribute and have no control over how old they are. What? I asked to return and asked for a return label. He agreed and informed me that the cost for shipping would be deducted from my refund. That is their return policy, so beware. If I were returning because I simply changed my mind, that would be acceptable, but when a company doesn't send you fresh food, that should be on them. So, the "up to 3 year shelf life" does not mean you have up to 3 years from purchase point, it is from when it is manufactured and evidently My Patriot is not moving a lot of these and they are sitting in the warehouse, waiting to be sent to unsuspecting, trusting customers. This speaks volumes about their integrity.

This company does not post negative reviews on their own website. This explains why their website shows a 4.8 out of 5 stars average reviews, but on Google "mypatriotsupply" is only 3.9 stars and Trust Pilot shows 2.2 stars.

I left a 1/5 star review on Nov 4, 2023 for a product that didn't work and it never got posted.

Food is not sealed. You can't get through to customers service. And half of the packages have a lot of air in them so big waste of money
DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!

When you contact My Patriot Supply through the website, you're automatically placed on their mailing list; there is no way to opt out until you unsubscribe.
I had reached out to ask about corporate giving (for non-profits, fundraising, etc.) and I was told to email through the website again to the attention of the fulfillment department. I called again a few days later to see if I could get a better answer from another representative, but I got the exact same person.
This interaction tells me that
1. They either don't have a corporate giving program, or their employees aren't told about it.
2. This employee couldn't be bothered to go up the chain of command to find the answer, so we have some bare minimum customer service that simply pays lip service rather than actually helps customers.
3. Shady email opt-in indicates they may sell customer information.

Based on this, I'm glad I haven't spent money with My Patriot Supply, and likely never will.

I have got over 230.00 hundred dollars in food kits called them about no packing list on our in their shipment never got one I have two years worth and mostly of creamy wheat tropical drinks and pudding out of my order last one thing of coffee and hardly any meat no wonder they won’t give packing list called and never sent out one they just put in just what they have on hand I got my in 2022 and 2023

Ive ordered MRE's in a few places in the past, the packs are pretty standard, however the MRE's from My Patriot Supply are light. They lack a few things that the original MRE's marked 'SOPACKO INC' have. There is no hot sauce, just pepper flakes, no matches, small pack of toilet paper, the salt/pepper packets are a pinch, not even a standard restaurant size, and no extra energy bars or pretzel of that sort, just a dried fruit snack mix. For what we paid, they should've included what a standard MRE does. When compared in weight, they are lighter. I will be buying my MRE's elsewhere from now on. I may give these out to some of the people from my division as a gag gift.

They will not take back a heater that I bought which did not work properly.
they said since I had opened it the box it’s not returnable.
That is some real. BS, should’ve bought one off Amazon.

Don't BUY! Save your money!

My first time buying from this company I had 2 food packages open in side of the plastic bin one was on top and clearly had a large gash in the top of the bag I don't know how it wad missed and than shipped

My Patriot Supply's insurance is a complete and total lie and is designed to give you reassurance when buying. I bought the 6 month supply and my home was flooded by hurricane Ian. Had cat 4 storm surge and fecal waste water all in my house. My Patriot upper management told me can't help you, your food is fine.
Sorry poor response and will never buy from them ever again.

These guys are a real wise guy - I spent 200 bucks recently and I received the items fine - but then they start spamming me - unwanted junk mail that wastes my time with their capitalistic parasitical cannibalism - trying to get me to go for a new deal - trying to remove more contents from my wallet - a war time vet deserves better - an old man deserves better they have earned the right not to be harassed by a company that is sending stuff not requested. So of course there is a little unsubscribe thing on their messages - but surprise it don't work - I have tried several times now and it don't work - so I write them polite email to explain that the unsubscribe button does not work and would they please just unsubscribe me - and so they send back another form letter to aggravate me a little more - to be passive aggressive to play their mind games with me - and so I now I am on trust pilot to let everyone know these people are like your best friend until you say NO to them then they feel like it's a god given right for them to harass you - I marked their third harassing email as spam and then as phishing - and let them know exactly how I felt about their immature passive aggressive behavior and mostly I told them I would never do business with them again and I would also let other people know what they were dealing with meaning - what is the spirit of this place - the world already has enough negative energy in it without these kind of places treating people like they are not human worth treating in a decent way - if they can't make a dollar they have to treat them like morons - no sir - they can't - and I am telling you and letting them see for themselves that their ranking can go even lower here and next up BBB - and their product ain't all that good and if you look around you can find better ---- I know because I have bought from various places - and these guys are the winning creeps in all my transactions. so - take it to heart.

addendum - when I did business with this company - I started having someone putting uber charges on my debit card - the bank will get those charges back eventually - but if anyone else notices this - then we would have a lead on where the leak in our debit or credit card number is originating from. by the way I don't do uber and these charges were in cities hundreds and hundreds of miles away.

Not as Advertised & Poor Customer Service
I purchased a Ready Hour solar power charger with 28 LED lights and 3 power settings. I received a charger with 20 LED lights and 1 power setting. I felt like they pulled a bait & switch on me and gave me a lesser product. So I wrote a review, which they never posted on their website (no wonder all their reviews are positive). I also sent an email to their customer service. I never received a response but withing 2 days of writing a review they changed the online description of the solar charger to match what I got. It's like they got caught and went back to cover their tracks.
Update: I was finally contacted by customer service and offered a $40 credit to their online store. I would have preferred a credit to my cc account but they said they could not do that. At least they responded.

Wow! Only 5-star reviews on every single product? That alone should have been a warning. I tried to post some reviews or article comments and if there was anything less that wonderful to say they deleted or refused to publish my feedback.
We tried a couple of products. My kids love mac & cheese and will devour the cheapest store bought boxes. They moaned when they tasted the MPS version. Our dog, who gulps down anything with cheese took a few sniffs, a small bite, and walked away.
Caveat emptor.

DO NOT BUY!!!!! I read reviews. I looked at other companies. I really liked what I found in this company. I spent time and decided I would be making the right choice by picking them. What a complete and utter mistake. DO NOT BUY!!!! They lure you in, you make a purchase and then they forget you exist. The customer service phone number for you to call goes to a FULL answering service. You can't leave a message because everybody else before you has already called and left their message asking, " where is my stuff I ordered?" DO NOT BUY!!!!! I utilized a credit service called, Affirm, which is offered on the website to pay off over time which seemed like a great option since I wanted to purchase a sizable amount of items. They provided me a credit limit, a payment plan and options to pay. All seemed good to me. They are now looking for payment for something MY PATRIOT SUPPLY, hasn't even acknowledged me ordering and might not even actually exist. It has been three weeks now and I am resorting to, at this time, leaving this review in hopes of helping others from being duped by this shady operation. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

Ordered the 3 month food supply and got the Bongino discount! Package arrived a week later. Going to order more since the 3 month supply is for one person. There are two people in our house so we really only have a 6 week supply for the two of us!
