I needed a SPECIFIC color for my keyboard restoration project and I'm glad MyPerfectColor was the option I went with.

Repainted a Master Bedroom, I wanted to complete the perfect look to finish the rooms accessories, wall plates, cold air vents, vacuum suction port & low voltage wall plates. The spray paint supplied by MyPerfectColor was right ON. I was lucky to have the original paint code from Ben-Moore & the spray paint was spot on. I am a total Hit with the wife who loved the finish of Her Master Bedroom. Highly recommended. As in all color matching, when You order make sure You get the paint code& type of finish. Thanks.

I paid over $100 for two cans of "perfect color" spray paint. I used the web site to upload a photo of the item that I had hoped to match and they came up with a color that appeared similar. After receiving the cans, I found that the color was NOT even in the same neighborhood as what I uploaded. I contacted their customer service who referred me to their disclaimer about custom "match" and apologized that it was not even close to what I had expected-- no offer of any good will. If they can't even get close to a "perfect color match" they should stop offering the digital-match service. I totally wasted the time and $100 for two cans of spray paint that I have no use for. I recommend everyone avoid this service.

Great customer service. They keep you informed of progress of your order every step of the way. They also can recreate colors that have been discontinued. Great to do business with.

I recently placed an order with this company, received my order number, and am waiting for it to be shipped.

I keep receiving emails from them stating I've forgotten something in my cart (which I didn't, the cart is empty). I've also received emails saying they've reached out to me but I haven't responded. That's ridiculous, because I have responded to every email they sent me, and the entire email thread is right there.

All I want is an email stating my order has shipped. I don't want to be harassed with ridiculous emails. I'm not sure why others are praising this company's customer service. I am becoming extremely annoyed. No one at this company knows what is going on.

When spray staiining my paver walkway some spray landed on small sections of our vinyl house siding. The matching spray I ordered to touch up the siding was expensive but was really impressed how well it matched and blended in. Directions were clear and helpful, excellent customer service experience from beginning to end.
