After the email to refund the $ 9.98 which i did NOT even click, THEY FURTHER CHARGED $ 23. This company needs to be investigated by the police for fraudulent conduct.

I was told the fee would be a simple…
I was told the fee would be a simple $1.98 so I was charged further more a fee of $28.80 without my knowledge nor consent, aswell as additionally being charged with $11.96. I demand a refund, and a quick referral email of subscription cancellation immediately.

They are scammers
They are scammers. I did a test and wanted the results. Payed the fee for the results and then at a later hour i was charged with a bigger sum out of randomness by them. Saw the transaction on revolut that was initiated by the provider which i payed for the test results. NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!
Update: after 2 months there were 2 more attempts to take money from my card, each time bigger sum, started with 10 euro and recently tried with 30 euro
