Ordered 3x kong cheese spray on the 27/08/2022. Received no email. Tried contacting them numerous time but getting no response. They have my money and now totally ignoring me. Wish I had read the reviews first.

I get what i paid for. 2 keychains in good quality, looks like the picture i uploaded. Size of keychain a little bit small, but its ok. Delivery time 2,5 weeks to germany. Contact good,after i placed my order i had a question, they answered one Day later.

I ordered necklaces for my granddaughters with a picture of their dog for Christmas. They are beautiful and the girls loved them. Only problem was they had gotten another dog that I didn’t know about. She was a surprise. I will be ordering necklaces for them with her picture on them.

I bought 2 necklaces for my wife and my daughter. When I ordered them, it was GUARANTEED delivery by 12/23. They came on 1/11. Plus, they charged me shipping 2x, but both necklaces were in the same package.

I wrote them, and told them of my dissatisfaction, and hoped they would make it right. They offered to give me another necklace or keychain with my next purchase. Given that they game nearly a month late, there's no way I'd pay another $40 to them.

Very poor/sketchy communication.

I get the bad reviews .. never arrived before Christmas and it’s pretty tiny .. but if u got a good picture .. the detail is pretty good .. would I do it again .. no but I didn’t hate it

I must say, that as a novice online consumer, I was worried about the validity of my purchase. Aside from the logistics aspects of my experience, I am beyond pleased with my order. The likeness of our beloved pet, is incredible. The necklace is exactly what is described. I will be doing business with mypets.gift in the future. The negative Mypets reviews here are exactly right with my experience. I purchased a $40 necklace from Mypets. When it arrived it was of such bad quality. It looked like it was engraved using a paperclip. If I could include a picture here I would. Their website says it could be returned within 60 days of delivery. I contacted their customer service only to be told that instead of a refund I could pay more for a replacement. If the first one was so bad why would a second one also with the same quality be any better. They also said that I would only get 30% of my purchase refunded, but who knows if it will even be that much. They say there’s all these deductions they take that come out of my refund. They are a joke and a scam. I really wish I had read these reviews first. I would have gone elsewhere.

We lost our GSD they etched her image on onto a pendant ,it was perfect only down fall was the postage time

I ordered a necklace and a keychain, the cartoon characters I chose were much smaller than they show them online. The chain was cheap looking, as were also the chain links on the keychain. The image on the charm was decent. I was suppose to get two gift boxes, they sent one. For $84.00 it was overall not worth it. There are other places on line to purchase these items, do yourself a favor and check out those first.

I just received my necklace and pendant. It is very small....size of a nickel. The engraving of picture is very faint. It took 3 months to arrive. It is a waste of money

This company is a total scam.
Ordered pendant on a necklace of our dog that recently passed away two months ago...it never came.
When they eventually respond they say there is nothing they can do blaming it on “Logistics”. No refund and no replacement item. You would think they would at least offer to send out a replacement for the one that never came but they offer you nothing.

Mypets.gift is a total scam. Keep your money

I got my in about 7 days and it looks exactly like the photo I sent. After reading some bad reviews I became very nervous. I emailed them about my concerns and they promptly wrote me back. I will do business with them again. It’s not a scam people.

I've orderd 3 neklaces with our dogs picture. It was really good.

My daughters loved it. Received it after +/- 3 weeks

I did not recieved what i ordered and they claim that it is not their responsebility

Ordered this as a Christmas present for my mum mid November. It didn't arrive in time for Christmas but came a few days after so made a great birthday present instead. The necklace is beautiful. The engraving is lovely and certainly wont rub off as others have said. You can feel how deep the engraving is. I paid the extra for sterling silver and couldn't be happier with it. The likeness to my mum's beloved dog is incredible. I really couldn't be any happier with this order.

I am shocked with all the negative reviews!! I absolutely loved my necklace!! It looks just like my dog. A truly beautiful piece of work! I get so many compliments on it. It has become my favorite piece of jewelry! Thank you Mypets!!

DO NOT TRUST!!!! There is no way of getting in touch with a living person. Customer service will only respond with automated responses from a bot. Order a pendant on 12/11/2019. Supposedly shipped 10 days later. Website stopped updating on 12/31/2019. Am currently working with my bank to dispute charge. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!! They will take your money and run.
