Not Interested
Initially, we had excellent service using subscribe & save. However when the dog food we were ordering stopped production, we heard nothing from Pet Warehouse . I would have thought they would have advised us of this fact & may have recommended alternative suitable dog food. Very poor customer service.

Great Service
I have two not-small dogs that go through food at a rate of knots. I don't eat rubbish so I don't expect them to either.
In this current financial climate, I've been looking to shave a couple quid off the bills where I can. I'd also rather have the food delivered as the only stockists of our chosen brand locally is located at a large garden centre; parking there at the best of times is a nightmare.
The price of the food we use for our pups seems to be consistent across the board.
Anyway, I stumbled across this company's website. They deliver 'next day' for free on orders over £55. Awesome.
Subscribing for regular orders and customers receive 5% discount. Awesome. Ok, doesn't sound much but when a 12kg bag of food running at £100 lasts less than three weeks, 5% adds up.
There's also a loyalty programme giving points per pound spent, which can be redeemed against future purchases.
Our dogs eat food sold by three different brands and My Pet Warehouse stock all three. Awesome.
In short, painless ordering process, great choice of selection and the free delivery with the subscription discount takes the sting out of the ever increasing cost of living. Timley emails keeping us updated on the progress of orders are very helpful too.
I recommend My Pet Warehouse without hesitation.

Great company. I order my dogs 20kg bag of food from these guys . I haven’t found anywhere cheaper and the delivery and communication from them is spot on!!

This foods is very healthy for my baby…
This foods is very healthy for my baby Diana and I will order all the time I wanna recommend this for cat who is a fussy and have very sensitive stomach, so I will recommend that my Diana is two years old nearly and she’s very happy she’s calm. She sleep properly and she have a lot of energy. I see different thank you so much.
