I have not received my phone case yet

I ordered a case for a galaxy S20 ultra and got a case for a regular S20 not the Ultra it does not fit the camera opening is different,its not gonna work.

The phone case was not for a iPhone 13 Pro. I made it fit by cutting the square out on the back.

I never got my screen protector. It's been weeks.
I would like a refund if I'm not going to get what I paid for.

Faye was of great help keeping updated on my request for specific surfboard colors on my case. She’s given me reassurance that my request was instituted. This was my first order with MyPhoneCase.com and it was gone well.

I love my military phone case. I just wish that it came with a screen protector like the one I ordered 5 years ago. My last phone was an A32, and with the military phone case, it was protected, and it still looks brand new. I wanted to purchase one for my A35. I pray that it lasts for the next 5 years

I had to constantly contact the company via email requesting status of the order. My last email was requesting a refund since it had been almost two (2} months and I had not received the item.

sent 4 emails and left 1 voice message asking about item after hearing nothing for 8 days after purchase. I NEVER got any response.

Does not fit my phone

The phone case and belt clip I received was exactly as shown. I got it and it fit and looked great. It was easy to track on the app and I would definitely recommend to a friend!!

It was the wrong size not what I ordered. Have tried getting in touch with company to return and get a refund but email address gets me no where and there is no # to call

As of this moment, I have not received my order. It was paid for thru VISA (I checked on line).

My order number 250725 iPhone case has not been delivered even though the tracking said it was, I would like to have my money back or my case. I have called, text, emailed and haven’t got any response from anybody says it’s unable to deliver an email. So I guess people have to figure it out for themselves if this was a scam or not.

From ordering on Friday afternoon.
And delivered on Monday? Quite remarkable.
The phone cases fit perfectly. Like they were meant to be together

Smooth ordering process. Prompt delivery. Quality product. There were, however, no instruction on installation of the screen protectors. But I've installed enough that it wasn't difficult to figure out a way. I still give you 5 stars.

I was careless when I ordered an iPhone 16 pro defender case with a holster. I had googled Otterbox Defender and had not noticed that the picture on myphonecase.com did not show “Otterbox” on the product and did not notice that the description did not say that it was an Otterbox product.

I have attempted to contact myphonecase by email 3 times and they have not responded. I tried calling and the phone number does not go through to anyone, it just hangs up on me.

So, buyer beware. Do not expect any customer service. Be sure you want what you order. Do not expect to be able to return anything. And I feel the name of the product is deceptive.
