I've done 2 healthy heart tests so far with one that didn't work and PocDoc kindly sent a replacement kit. I did my own PocDoc test the day before an NHS Grampian test to see how the results compared as my plan is to take a PocDoc test every 3 months. The NHS test gave a higher total cholesterol 7.2 vs 5.3 and a higher LDL cholesterol 4.7 vs 3.3. The NHS test also gave a higher HDL at 1.8 vs 1.5 with triglycerides very similar at 1.05 vs 1. I know I followed the procedure properly so I'm puzzled.

Questioning Accuracy of PocDoc Healthy Heart Check
I took the PocDoc Healthy Heart Check, which indicated that my triglycerides were high and outside the normal range. I then requested a blood test through my GP to verify these results, and those results came back well within the normal range.
If you’re considering this test as a serious assessment of your health, it’s worth being aware that the results may not be accurate.

Thank you for your feedback. The reason an account is required is because PocDoc is an app-based health testing platform. Creating an account allows the app to securely analyse your test strip, generate your results, and store them safely so you can review them later if needed.
PocDoc uses a small finger-prick blood sample together with smartphone technology to run our digital diagnostic tests, providing health assessments for cardiovascular, metabolic, and renal health in around 10 minutes.

I can't speak for the accuracy of the test, but it is easy to conduct. I initially had a problem linking with my device as I couldn't locate the PIN.

I has a Poc-Doc test sent to me, following the instructions, I found that my phone was not compatible to do the test.
This should be stated before getting the test to avoid the disappointment
