Likely a scam. I placed my order on 2 January 2025 and have not yet received tracking. I've left a message and emailed them but no response.
I'll update my review if I receive my order.

Fraud website, I made an order and paid 78$ and the order never came ,after a message they told me that we don't have that product on stock and I asked them for refund ,they didn't answer my messages anymore and closed my order , scammers
I made an order and received it within 2 weeks. a bit slow than expected but it came with a nice gift. the customer service (Dominika) was really helpful and responsive.
I placed an order on the 16th of October . It's now the 9th of November. Nobody replies on the phone. No mails to excuse the delay. There will probably be no delay in not delivering at all!
I'll write this to the postal police if the goods don't arrive in a week.

THIS PLACE STOLE $175 from me. I bought 3 face creams and they never came. They never answer their phone, they never returned emails!
Thank you very much for the lack of service. Your service is so bad. I bought from you, paid and did not receive the products. It's a shame...and when I contact you, the customer service has no answer. I will also advertise among my friends that it is not worth ordering products through you. No one answered my emails and my inquiries to you. If you can't send the products, return the money... I sent several emails to the customer service and also through the website on Facebook, but there was no response at all

This company is a total scam.I put an order for a Kiko Milano Glitter Baked Highliter on April 2.I paid about €35 via credit card.It was supposed I would get my order in 4-5 days.After a week that l hadn't gotten anything l sent them an email asking about the status of it.I received an extremely polite answer in which a woman named Domenica ensured me that l would received my item in
a few days because they realized that they had a temporary stock issue.And after that...nothing!
I emailed them again three or four times,just to receive one rude response that they don't know what's going on and they will come in contact with their logistic team.
And that's all!!!I have never received anything and I have just lost €35.
It's not only about the money, it's the time I've lost trying to figure out what is happening and the fact that they are stealing people.
Please, do not purchase anything from them. I have a screenshot of the first answer, for anyone who doubts it, unfortunately I don't have the next rude one that of course is more useful and the url link in the email doesn't open any more. Aaaaah,I had a chat with a chat box as well named Linda.
