This is the most frustrating company to deal with as far as finding anything out. Ordered a ring February 13th and it never arrived. It got "lost" they said it was out of their control. However they never once contacted me. That was me reaching out over and over asking for updates and they finally told me it was lost. Mind you I also paid for expedited shipping. So right away I asked them to ship another ring. Still none mail back after a week. They finally email me back and said they will ship another one in a couple of days, that was Feb 26th and I have not heard a word. Not one update. I am very disappointed and would not recommend purchasing anything from them. Save your time and sanity.

The ring was shipped with fraudulent postage. Even after contacting them three times for an update on my package and a real tracking number, that shipped November 20, they finally responded and gave me the same fraudulent tracking number. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! We were lucky to have used PayPal and had our money back within an hour. Just don’t waste your time no matter how nice you think the rings are.

We preordered our championship ring and got a shipping label email then no updates for weeks. I contacted customer service and got a reply that they would contact USPS about the tracking. It didn’t come for another week so I contacted customer service again and they shipped a new ring. We bought it for our kids and they think it’s awesome. It’s a great value for the price.

It took a while to receive the rings I ordered, BUT, their communication was good, AND THE QUALITY OF THE RINGS ARE FABULOUS! I am very pleased!

Great company, and amazing products! I have bought their team rings for 2 years, in 2024 and 2025, and never had problems. The quality of their product, is legit, and in my last purchase the USPS delivered my package at the wrong mailbox, and they helped me getting it back. I will buy with them next year as well!

Since September 9th 2025 I ordered the philadelphia eagles superbowl ring the 40-22 score the 4 on the 40 is missing I've made several attempts to call no answer when I text they say they are going to replace item never did they only respond when I email them not a good idea to order from them.

Very mixed reviews - the good, the bad and the ugly! Some orders delivered, some orders delivered after months and some orders not reveived at all. My ring order fell into the final catergory.

Placed my order and received a USPS tracking No. that I looked up on the USPS website and nothing showing for it on their system. Numerous inquiry emails sent to MYRINGOS, to which they responded very promptly, but still no ring after 4 months. Read on for a detailed synopsis...

I ordered (#MR8114965) a Dodgers 2024 WS ring for my Son's birthday on August 26. Email sent from MYRINGOS with a USPS Tracking No. (9400111105495314531191) on September 2.

My first inquiry email was sent to them September 10, eight days after supposedly being shipped from Texas; I'm in LA. Their response is that I should "rest assured" that my order was shipped and that the tracking status should appear in a few days, as the USPS system processes the label, and the package transits through their system. Say what??
If the tracking No. isn't appearing on the USPS website 8 days after MYRINGOS claimed it was shipped out, that's telling me USPS never took possesion of my ring and scanned it into their system, if the ring was ever even made.

My reply back, two days later on Sept 12, is that I'm not concerned whether or not it will be delivered but when. It's looking like if it's going to be too late for my Son's birthday, so then maybe for Christmas, LoL. Their immediate reply was that they'll contact USPS to determine why it hadn't been delivered and that "their focus is to take care of me".

Another week passes, Sept 19 now, and they've not responded back. I'm starting to lose my faith and on my next inquiry, they tell me my ring was picked up by USPS but it was not updated and that they've started an investigation to locate the package. If the ring isn't delivered in the next few days MYRINGOS "will be happy" to issue me a refund or ship a new ring.

It's October 14 now, having returned from an extended vacation. I reach out and tell them I'd like a new ring, to which they reply that a new ring will be made and shipped out within the next few days.

Nothing else from MYRINGOS, no shipping info and of course, no ring delivered as well. I guess USPS screwed up again, LoL

Ok, the rating is for customer service. The delivery took forever so I contacted them. Within a hour or so, I got a reply they were checking on it. They got back and said delivery service hadn't updated info. Next morning got text delivery next 2 days. I got my ring and all is good. Great customer service team.

Well I ordered my philadelphia eagles super bowl ring on August 29, 2025. Exactly a month later I got it. I got it today September 29, 2025. This size was Exactly the one I wanted a size 14. The ring is perfectly crafted. I had doubts for a Lil while but I was patient with it. It does say there pre-ordered. So I decided to proceed with the order. Reason it takes a long time is because they keep them in Coppell TX for about 2 weeks. My post office told me. So don't be calling them scammers because they will cancel your order. Just be patient and it will come. Its awesome. Oh and every time I emailed them they responded. So at the end of the day. There 100 percent legit. The ring is really nice and heavy. Remember be patient. If it matters just to let you know I live in south Texas. So if you live out of state you might have to wait longer. Just saying. Thank you MYRINGOS awesome job. 5 🌟 from me. HORRIBLE. I odedered 3 regular Dodgers replica rings and a fourth one with my last name. I ordered them8/17. According to their website rings wwre delivered 8/27. By USPS. Wjen I inquirec about my purchase I was told special order ring would take 2 additional weeks. It is now 9/18. Amd still no rings. I waa fold to file report with USPS. Completely wrong. Do not umUSWv

Placed on order for the Eagles Super Bowl ring was told it would be shipped within 2 weeks. It’s no over 2 weeks and I have been keeping an eye on the shipping and it doesn’t make sense. Now, the latest update I got is the postage wasn’t paid for. The contact number is invalid. Due to their refund policy once the order is shipped it’s no longer in their hands.

Pre ordered the Eagles SB ring and it turned out amazing, they kept in contact and answered any questions I had.

I recently posted a review about Myringos, these people are scammers they did not state anything about the eagles Superbowl ring being on preorder. This bogus company is a scam and you could read the reviews. They have scammed a lot of people and they still haven't issued my refund! the phone numbers they posted is disconnected they never responded to my email, they only responded to the review. The reason for this is so they could keep taking advantage of people .

Ordered two Eagles Superbowl Rings one from 2017 season (which said was in stock) and the new 2024 which was a preorder. Many many weeks later I received the order Tracking info said both ring were delivered. Great !! But when I opened the package there was only one ring and one box. 2017 season SB Ring. I tried calling to figure out what happened to the other ring but that was a joke ! Don’t even trying calling the phone numbers do not work. I think they just put them there to make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside so you can feel if you have a problem you can speak with someone. NOT ! 1st red flag !! After many email attempts I finally got a response that stated the 2nd ring was still being made to insure accuracy and quality. Ok fine now I know the 2nd ring didn’t ship yet just have to wait a little bit longer, Fine but why did it take so long for the first ring to arrive when it was in stock? Whatever at least I got it. So after trying on the ring it was very tight so I decided I wanted to exchange it for the next size up. Big mistake! Again i sent many emails asking how can I exchange for a bigger size and to send the other ring that hadn’t been shipped yet in a bigger size as well. Again no responses to my emails after many attempts. Well weeks later I did in fact receive the 2nd Ring with the size I ordered. My fault for ordering the wrong size however the Eagles 2024 season SB ring is so bad I don’t think I could give it away. The wings do not open and there is no button to press! Not a real replica !! Not even going to try to return or try to exchange for a bigger size they probably won’t respond to your emails anyway. Do yourself a favor order from someone else. Not worth your time plus you will be very disappointed if you want the new Eagles Superbowl Ring. I guess I can’t be too upset at least I got them poor quality and all which is better than what happened to other people .. but very bad customer service and communication.

I want to say I ordered my ring in July 21 and I didnt realized that it was a pre ordered ring. So I waited a little bit to get it. However I did receive it. It was beautiful they updated me giving me updates with the order after my emails was sent asking for the status. They was patient and very kind with my impatience. I received it 9/2 Thank u myringos my boyfriend loved it

I purchased the Superbowl 59 ring on July 25. They pushed the shipping date back several times, but it finally arrived today.
It's really big and pretty, but the wings do not pop out at shown on the website.
It's still cool.
Relax guys,,,,, it'll come.

I ordered a Philadelphia Eagles 2025 Super Bowl ring replica on July 20th. They kept saying it was a “pre-order,” but now it’s August 11th and it hasn’t even shipped!
