Have a few Skin Gym anti-aging devices. It’s all good until you need customer support. And then it’s crickets. No response at all. So I don’t recommend and suggest you buy devices from the many many other companies that see them that do offer customer service. These devices aren’t cheap and when they stop working, and you have a question it kind of sucks that you just basically have to throw them away Do better guys.

I paid for my laser sessions in October and only managed to have 1 successful appointment since due to them consistently cancelling my appointment with random excuses every time! It was only when I expressed how upset I was that I finally managed to be fitted into an appointment. A month later (a couple days before my next due appointment) I was told that the clinic was closing and they were working on finding a clinic to take over the rest of my sessions close by… this being next to their clinic in Knightsbridge, London, now I’m being told in a very generic email that the so called “new” clinic that is taking over my sessions is in Slough, Windsor!!! Which I still yet do not have any further information, and who knows at the rate when this would even come through, regardless they cannot expect me to travel to this new location when I made it very clear from the beginning that I can only be within central London. This is completely unacceptable and I am filled with regret of ever paying them for my sessions. I feel like I’ve completely been scammed and am heartbroken as I’ve only responded with much patience and was always very polite even when it was clear that they had no urgency of trying to fit me in for the appointments that I PAID FOR! I do not trust this new clinic that they are “transferring” everyone too, something is not right!

I paid for a series of laser hair removal sessions and have now been informed they are closing down, in liquidation and are not able to provide refunds, i am severely out of pocket.
A quick search of companies house shows they are clearly not in liquidation.
I do not want to go to an alternative clinic, I just want my money back and they are refusing to provide this.

awful customer service. have tried to book a facial for a month with repeated cancellations with minimal effort made to reschedule. currently ignoring messages and not offering a refund/complimentary service for the inconvenience of moving plans around for them to cancel my appointments.

Had a lovely relaxing hydra facial, this is my second visit, an I’ll be back in the future. The results were fabulous! Really easy to book, an a lovely clean therapy room.

I have been receiving hydra facial treatments from Alice, which have been excellent. Alice has made me feel very welcome and she explains the process throughout. Definitely will be coming back.

Professional and clean

I’m currently doing laser hair removal and had a deluxe facial with my skin gym. The team at my skin gym are simply fantastic. I see Alex on a regular basis for my laser hair removal and really enjoy seeing her. She is so welcoming and lovely, she always give me so much advice. I highly recommend my skin gym get in touch as they have a great selection of beauty facials and laser hair removal options.

I've had 5 laser hair removal sessions, due to me switching times around I've used both Alice and Sonia. I've had a great experience each time and the treatment is working so I'm excited to see the final results. I must also remark that Erin who books all my appointments is fab I'm very busy and she's always onto calling or emailing me to rebook, I am able to change times when needed and appreciate the reminder calls. I would recommend coming here and booking.

I had my first consultation for laser hair removal with Alice, she was really helpful & nice, went through different pricing & all the relevant health/safety points. I’ve had 1 session of laser hair removal since & the hair removal has seemed to slow down slightly & I am really looking forward to the end result.
Today I had a hydra facial done by Alice & it was great, very relaxing & she is always really helpful!
I like MySkinGym a lot & would defo recommend them as very reasonably priced & high tech equipment

I have always had a great experience when attending MySkinGym (Windsor). The staff are very welcoming, approachable and professional and the clinic is always spotless.
My practitioner Sonia is always prompt for my appointments and is very polite and welcoming. She does an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and reassured during my treatment. Sonia is clearly very highly skilled in providing the treatments and when I have questions or concerns she addresses them in a professional and reassuring manor.
Overall I would not go anywhere else for my skin treatments as I feel MySkinGym (Windsor) delivers a 5* service and a big thumbs up to Sonia for all her great work..

I had a hydra facial with myskingym Windsor. First appointment I was greeted by a therapist. Did not feel welcomed, did not say a word to me as she walked me to the clinic room and she was on her phone all the time. Upon entering the room, she put the ipad on the treatment chair and asked me to sign the relevant documents. The therapist made no eye contact with me until we got to the treatment room. She did not explain to me the steps for hydra facial. Despite having done it before with another clinic I felt this therapist wasn't very client-centred. She only offered me tea of coffee at the end of the treatment as I was getting ready to leave. Again I did not expect to be offered any drinks but felt this could have been offered at the start of the treatment.

On the other hand I thought the customer care staff who arranged my appointments did a good job. She was quick to response and happy to answer all queries on the phone.

I had a great HydraFacial! It is in such a nice setting and the therapist talked me through each step of the process. My skin was glowing afterwards and felt super soft too.

Lovely staff and great treatment. Advise given throughout for after care and recommendations for skin products and concerns.

Staff friendly, helpful and professional. Will come back there again.

Sonia was really professional an expert at laser hair removal treatment. She did excellent consultation & tailored treatment to meet my specific requirements. Very considerate.

Just had fabulous service and treatment at my skin gym. Treatment as everywhere but Michelle made it so professional and carrying that I want to come back again and again. Thank you 🙏
