Please don't order from these people. They are crooks. They say they fulfill orders within a couple of business days. It's been three weeks since i placed an order for the $699.99 three pack. They charged my credit card immediately, but, despite my sending several emails asking for a shipment update because I needed the packages by a specific date for an event i was hosting, I never received a response. After three unanswered emails, I sent another demanding that my order be cancelled. It was not. I called the credit card company to dispute the charge, and they sent me a dispute form to fill out, but also gave me the phone number associated with MysteryChick (good luck finding it online - you can't). I called the number, went straight to voicemail (of course it did), so I left a strongly worded message saying that I was filing a dispute. And then no more than 10 minutes later, get an email saying my order had been shipped. But it's too late. My event is in two days and the package won't be here on time. And they don't take returns. So I'm stuck with $699.99 of stuff that I can't use. This company really needs to be reported. They are the worst. They are crooks.

Not only did it take 24 days for my package to arrive, i received $249.99 of literal trash! everything we got was a broken Amazon return and we got to pay for and throw $249.99 of trash away! Completely disappointed, don’t waste your money!

I paid for my order and never received my mystery box. I've tried to contact them 3 times and I never heard anything from them. RIP OFF

I ordered this $250 box 2 weeks ago and got ghosted. Only the email that they took my money and nothing since. No updates, the website is useless and no response despite sending multiple emails. SAD.

Totally awesome experience, was a little worried paying $250. But defiantly ended up on the winning side for sure! Highly recommend!

90% clothing. All packages appeared to have been opened and re-sealed. They promise 20 + packages and we only received 18. Also did not ship for weeks after purchase.

I would give it zero stars if possible. I received my first box today. Full of garbage. There is nothing of use in the box. I know you get what you get, I don't know how they expect repeat customers if they don't give at least one good item. Definitely not reordering. Complete waste of money.

I received my 2nd box. Funny how all packages were going to same address as first box. Also in this box half the packages were empty. Some just had a piece of cardboard inside or an empty box. I redheads out and was told oh well sorry no return no refund

I received my box today, I have watched many videos and the packages seemed super great, all the stickers on the box, NONE taped with brown flimsy tape and something spilled all over the box and had clear tap (could have happened in the process of delivery) There was nothing in the box that could be used not even good enough to donate, I wish I would have seen this sight before, I was so unhappy opening this with my Best Friend that lives in a total different state, so BOO to Mystery Chick, and yes I am aware you get what you get and don't complain, it is like buying a Lottery ticket, I guess if i was an influencer they would have sent me the better box like I have seen opened,

I ordered a Super sized unclaimed mail mystery box. The regular price was $499, but was on sale for $249. I finally received the package after emailing them 3 times asking them when it was supposed to arrive which they never responded to. It was a small box weighing 14 pounds and had 13 packages. (Advertised as having 30 packages). 7 of the packages had the most hideous fake Asian “clothes” you have ever seen. One package had a plastic taper candle that you are supposed to be able to turn on with a remote (no remote included). One package had a bent toilet paper holder. One had a cheap looking reindeer jock strap. One had a pair of plastic shoes that smelled so bad I had to throw them away outside and spray fabreeze to try to get rid of the stench, and the other two had cheap plastic shower caps. It was obvious that all of the “mail” had been opened and re-taped so they know exactly what they are sending you. What a total rip off! I have emailed them 4 times now with no response. I have watched influencers open Mystery Chick boxes that had a full large box filled to the brim and always with some great items, but if you are not a popular influencer you are just going to get a small box of crap that costs over $200 labeled as a Super Sized Mystery Box. Don’t waste your time or your money, you will be extremely disappointed. If you want a real unclaimed mail mystery box that is fun to open with some great surprises, check out Fundelivered. You won’t always get expensive stuff, but you will get lots of packages that have not been opened and sorted through, and you will have fun being surprised at the variety of items you will get.
P.S. I am ashamed to admit I ordered from Mystery Chicks 3 different times, hoping the first 2 crappy boxes were just a fluke, but after this last 3rd box I know it isn’t a fluke to get a box of junk from them, it is the norm.

Influencers get great boxes from MysteryChick. Mine was the worst mystery box I ever received. I wish I would have done my homework.

My recommedation: don't buy one of their boxes.

DO NOT BUY FROM MYSTERY CHICKS. It looks like they are a front for a cheap return wholesaler/shipper Check out Trustedpilot before you buy from them. They send "good boxes" to influencers so you will order from them. Non influencers get 100% returns to the same address they ship from. Most of which are cheap clothing and broken products. Order from Fundelivered, Bupboxes, or if you are in the area GLP liquidations or ResallablesMA.

Literally every single package had already been opened and then resealed, they obviously went through everything and kept things that are valuable and left all the cheap crap for their customers to reopen. I don’t think that our experience could have possibly been worse with this company. I would have rather they didn’t ship me anything and just lost the money because now I have a box full of garbage I have to pay again to dump it all in the landfill. I literally don’t even think goodwill would take this crap. DO NOT WASIT YOUR MONEY ON THIS CROOKED COMPANY!

Received a bunch of crap, even several empty packages. Items are clearly opened and resealed several times. I believe items of true value are culled from the inventory and the excess junk returns are shipped out to hopeful dopes, such as myself. Still a little fun to open up a bunch of unknowns but overall a waste of money.

What a waste of money. Save yourself time and find a different company. This is trash. $250 was spent and we received 3 wigs by the same company, 2 pair of cheap Chinese shoes, a broken neon light, lids, and a bunch of other junk that has no use. The total for all the junk was no more than $100… just save yourself the time and money and find something else. Also, we received 18 items, not the 20-30.

I reached out before my package was shipped to cancel my order. They did not respond and still shipped the box. The box was filled with cheap products, most of the stuff garbage. Was of money and although they do ship stuff, it is a huge scam.

All returns to same seller. Horrible clothing, wigs, 2026 graduation decorations, party supplies, broken personal waxing kit that was leaking.

Nothing resellable, usable, or giftable.

My girlfriends and I ordered a box after we saw a group do a box. It didn’t disappoint! We had a ton of fun opening a bunch of silly items. My bestie Kara even found a diamond ring, we are yet to get it tested. But safe to say we really enjoyed our box.

Sadly, waste of money. I knew i was taking a gamble buying this, but what a loss. One is the packages was a cardboard box wrapped up. The rest was returns to pretty much the same place and it was all junk. Now i know and don't do again... guess it was fun, but big waste of money. Nothing like what you see the influencers get. Big thumbs down on this one...

All but 3 items were cheap Chinese TikTok returns or wrong address clothing and the majority of the items were from the same seller which shows no effort for variety and feels scammy. Two of the 3 non-clothing items were maybe worth 10$ and then there were some small car parts with no description. I was hoping to sell some items but I just ended up donating it as it’s wasn’t even worth a resale. Do not recommend them. Obviously they send the good stuff to the influencers.
