I'm on my 3rd set of mystery darts. Waiting for delivery. I have also bought mystery shirt too. All of the purchases I received swiftly. The mystery element is exciting. I got 2 great sets arrows and a cool shirt. It was too small but no problem. Easy exchange. Excellent service and concept with quality products. A**

Hi Jimmy,
Many thanks for your review.
Due to your name only being your first, I cannot work out what set you were sent. If you'd like to send us an email with your order number, I'd be more than happy to take a look at this and rectify it if that is the case.
Many thanks

So I understand not everyone is going…
So I understand not everyone is going to receive massively expensive darts, otherwise this company wouldn't be in business. But I saw all the 5* reviews and thought well everyone else is getting good value (and really look at the reviews, so many people seem to be getting really good value.) But of course it's not the case for myself.
For £64.95 plus £1.99 shipping I received a set of Shot Zen Bombers. A set of darts you can buy brand new elsewhere for £64.95 and have them shipped to you completely free. So I paid extra for the privilege of having some darts sent to me and not knowing what they were. I may as well just have bought a set randomly from elsewhere and at least get free shipping. And yes I know £1.99 is not the end of the world but it's just a bit frustrating.
I don't want to sound bitter but I know I likely do. I have however rated 4 stars as they have sent darts that are at least worth the price I paid (excluding the shipping of course) and it is a mystery of course, you know what you're in for when you order a mystery set. Just don't expect to come away with anything crazy.
EDIT: Just to respond to the reply from Mystery Darts, I want to clarify that I was not attempting to have a dig when I mentioned the 5* reviews. I also want to confirm I have no problem with receiving darts with an RRP of £64.95 (otherwise I wouldn't have given a 4* rating) but as I mentioned it is more frustration when seeing everyone else seemingly get great value whereas I got exactly what I paid for, plus the little extra for shipping.

Hi Jack,
Many thanks for acknowledging that we have many great reviews. Over 700 people have rated us 5* due to the value that they receive in their box. This showcases the value for money we provide and joy people get using our service and a lot of people come away with some crazy pulls as a result.
Our promise is that we'll always send you a set with an RRP no less than what you paid but the value could potentially be double and more. I understand the RRP on the set you recieved is the same, but the mystery factor was obviously still there. This range actually had an RRP of £84.95 last week but due to a price decrease from SHOT, they now only fit into our OG Box.
Hopefully we'll hit the mark better next time.
Legendary Experience
The hassle free process was great with selecting which mystery dart you wanted, the packaging and shipping was quick and the darts are great top notch dart!!!!

Surprised At Choice - well done!
Fast delivery time, easy to order and most important, the surprise upon opening! I would never have opted for a long barrelled dart with a short shaft/flight. Never been able to throw these, now I can. Closer grouping and more accuracy. Thanks guys and well done👍
