Had always seen the adverts for Mystery…
Had always seen the adverts for Mystery Darts across socials and was quite sceptical. Was thinking I’ll pump money into something and get total nonsense in return. I answered a couple of question on my previous darts and waited on the delivery. I received darts I’d never have chosen, but it’s as if they knew me better than myself. Fantastic darts and I’m already looking forward to my next purchase.

After using target 975 marine darts 21g I didn't know what to pick next so I decided to go mystery! Was sent out James wade noire 21g darts and have really enjoyed using them thaks to mystery darts you did good 👍 will buy again soon and tell friends about you

Darts Disappointment
Great concept, opted for an Elite Box, arrived today, needless to say I'm disappointed 😞. I was Sent Target Japan Black Marque Enzo Darts, nice enough Darts, they can be picked up for £95.00, I advised I was using Target Starwars X-Wing, Retail at £130.00, I would expect to receive at least a similar value dart to them. Shame, probably won't use Mystery Darts again.

Our Elite Box costs £84.95 and the Target Japan Black Marque Enzo set that only got released a couple of weeks ago has a current RRP of £99.95. This means you are £15 better off compared to retail.
Our promise is that you’ll always receive a set with a RRP more than our Box Price and this in instance you have. As per our reviews, we have provided customers with some extraordinary sets during our time, some with RRPs off over £150 regularly. However, we cannot provide a £130 value set just because that’s what you use currently. Unfortunately this wouldn’t be a concept we could offer if every set was £130. It’s also worth noting the RRP for the X Wing is currently £114.95 but currently on sale below our box price at certain outlets also.

Excellent customer services
Excellent customer services, selected the wrong weight when ordering the elite box. Messaged to see if it could be changed to the correct weight before being dispatched and was correct without an issue and I received some lovely darts, very happy with the darts, delivery and customer service. Have recommend to friends who have also purchased. I’m sure I’ll be back in the near future

Great service poor execution!
Great service, went for the premium option and got sent the Chris Dobey G1 darts now on sale for £44.97 !! Not impressed, company then emailed myself and couldn’t of been more helpful and understanding, explanation of when prices changed and why, sent me a postage paid qr code to return darts and sent me a replacement straight away 👌 fantastic customer service and a friendly professional company 👍 very happy customer 👍👍👍👍

I completely understand why you’ve looked into the value of the darts you received. At the time your order was packed and dispatched, the Target Chris Dobey G1 darts had an RRP of £89.95, which is the price we based the box contents on. As of yesterday, Target reduced the retail price and retailers have since followed suit. Unfortunately, this price reduction happened after your order had already been dispatched. However, it is worth noting we base the value of our boxes off the RRP set by the brand and not by temporary independent discounts that a retailer overseas sells them for.
We certainly don’t want you to feel disappointed with your purchase, if you’d like to get in touch via email we will find a sensible solution.

I love the concept.... but "meh" results....
I love the concept, I love the packaging and the deliberateness in packaging the darts in a "mystery box" with some nice presentation, but still including the original package for collectors.... however, in buying an "Elite" box.... the set I got were mediocre at best, with fixed points (no swiss, quick points).... and, I could have got this set for much less $$ than I paid for the mystery experience. I understand it's a risk, a gamble you might say.... and in this case it reminded me I'm likely just best to put my $$ into a set I really want. I can say I've done this now.... and that's something.... just cost me a bunch extra for a "meh" result. Love the people, had some good communication.... I just wouldn't do it again based on this first time.

Unfortunately I am unsure of your order number so unable to check what you received. However, with both our dart boxes our promise is that you’ll always receive a set with an RRP more than our box price.
Due to the vast range of darts on the market, we cannot guarantee a set with interchangeable points every time as not every set has them. If we only offered darts strictly with interchangeable points, it would limit stock with some huge sets missing out as well as brands. With the way the game is moving, more and more sets are becoming interchangeable which is brilliant. However at the same time, it’s also worth noting they’re still a preference and just because you’d prefer them, doesn’t mean everyone would.
I apologise you wasn’t satisfied due to the points but hopefully we can hit the mark better next time.

Great service I messed up my order didn’t change the weight I preferred but when I messaged on Facebook had a speedy reply and they got it sorted for me and sent out the next day. Also got the darts I been thinking about buying which was a bonus thanks
