It wasn't obvious on the website that £7.99 express delivery offered isn't a next day delivery but it takes 2 days to come and it only being posted on royal mail tracked 24 that doesn't cost anywhere... Voir plus

Absence of communication, No refund received
Seller dispatched items in a timely manner, however, they never arrived, as the courier returned the package to the seller. Prior to the package being returned, the seller was contacted and support to step in requested by me. Never received a reply, and have not received a refund either, resulting in PayPal being contacted and a dispute being raised. Seller also appears to have blocked me from buying on their site, which is egregious behaviour really from a business.

Item missing and no refund given
Unfortunately one of my items never arrived in my order. I did try to reach out via email to enquire about the item which was never delivered and when I can expect a refund for that item, but I have not received any response back unfortunately.

The worst customer treatment
I have bought 3 surfer suits, but the quality was dreadful. Still I was willing to use. However, they sent me the wrong size, and when I contacted the customer service their side went dead silence. No body answers, nobody says yes or no. You are basically abandoned. So never buying there again in my life.

I placed an order and after receiving it I found it was not what I expected and everything was also too small. Since I have had email contact explaining I want to send it back they are not responding. They don't give me a return address and are ignoring my countless emails. Im afraid this is NOT a trustworthy site!

I have only given 4 Stars simply because I find the habit of asking for feedback all the time very irritating. It is a modern habit, personally I think a business should confidently know they are giving good service and not need to ask for constant reassurance. Grow up and know if you are doing well. Stop being tiresome babies.
