I have been a subscriber from the very beginning and I love Therabox! This box is perfect for mental health and offers great lifestyle products. I always gift a box or 3/6 month subscription service to a friend, family member, or co-worker. Great box for mothers as well! I look forward to every box each month and I use their products all the time.

I have been a customer of therabox since 2024 and love this monthly box. I’m excited to open it every month and the products are full size and high quality. It feels like I am getting a good deal and I’ve recommended it to my friends!

I've been a subscriber for a long time and I have mostly enjoyed the products even though they are becoming very repetitive. I signed on to my account and it shows I have no active subscriptions and my last order was 2022. I've been charged, and received a box, every month for at least 2 years or more. I have contacted their customer service and they are next to useless. All I want to do is cancel my subscription. Their website is a joke.

I can’t speak highly enough about my 6 month Therabox subscription. The products were full size and quality items. However, I renewed my subscription for another 6 months and the quality has gone substantially down. I don’t think there were any full size products and most of the items were mostly things I’m.not interested in. I won’t be renewing again!

This is my second box and I’m obsessed! So far, my favorite item this month is the Trophy Skin facial wand. I just finished using it and love it! I can’t wait to see results after I am consistently using it. I also got a Herbal pen diffuser and it is really cool! My goal this year is self love and making time for myself. I’m so excited to use each of the items and practice self love.

The Elevate Box was as usual an interesting mix. Here are some highlights. The face mask is easy to use overnight and large tube lasts a long time. The foot mask is a but weird, not crazy about waiting for my skin to peel off. The Face Sculptor is cooling and fun to use, but can't honestly say I see much difference. I can't swallow capsules, so haven't used Focus item much, as I have to empty it, mix w/yogurt, etc. The Chakra book was one of the more intriguing meditation offerings. You do get your money's worth and always nice surprises inside. Website not easy to use; still can't find anywhere to leave a review, as link does not click.

For the past months, TheraBox has been my go-to monthly treat—and I’m obsessed! I've been subscribed for a few months now and love these boxes! It really helps me prioritize ME and I've gifted to several friends for birthdays/holidays and everyone RAVES about it. Their customer service is great, they responded promptly when I've encountered an issue (had an item leak out once and they sent me a free replacement right away).

My box was never delivered and then customer service told me I could pay $8.95 for them to reship it. Then I requested a refund and it’s been two days and I have not heard back from customer service. It’s been a horrible experience. I will never order from them again.

I ordered a pre-paid 3 month subscription as a gift for a friend. All indications were that it was a one-time gift purchase, but then I was charged again for another 3 months. I hadn't seen their email stating they'd be charging me for renewal since I'd come to ignore their excessive email ads (at least 5/week). I wasn't asked to confirm/opt in or out. They offer cheaper 6 and 12 month prepaid subscriptions, so I cant imagine why someone would purchase a more expensive 3 month subscription with an intent to auto-renew. This leads me to believe their model involves knowingly suggesting to customers that they've made a one time purchase in the hope that they don't notice recurring charges right away.
My friend liked the products OK, but I don't recommend due to misleading business practices.

My first Happy Shoppe order was great! Shipped quick like they said. They did substitute an item, and I do feel it should state that clearly on site...CS was very helpful with this...but then the wheels fell off the bus. I am still waiting for tracking on an item I purchased on Monday. CS has become useless..Hello Boxy Charm. Lip service, and same old no real answers. They do not answer emails in 24 hrs or less...trust me. Looks like it's time to do a charge back....all I can say is never, ever again. Now, I have to purchase a gift since who knows when this will arrive...I want a refund now!

This website is a scam
I made a ordered 2 weeks before christmas and never received it.
Then i emailed them about my order and they told me it was lost in transit why didnt they notify me about this problem earlier then i asked for a refund and did not receive one

BUYER BEWARE. First order: Two boxes, wanted to try out the service prior to subscribing. One box was fine, but the other had a date sticker on the outside of the wrapped/sealed box that dated it June 2021 (received October 2022.) The first thing inside that box was an expired coupon for a yoga membership. The boxes are packaged with shredded paper, and inside the box all the items had migrated to the very bottom and were dusty. I contacted the merchant as I was concerned that these items were OLD and nothing had a date aside from the expired yoga coupon. I received an auto response right away promising resolution within 24 hours. MANY days later I received an email stating that all the products were fine to use, including the expired yoga code.

I unwisely took a chance and ordered three boxes as Christmas gifts. Therabox put all three boxes inside a giant USPS vinyl bag with no insulation material, and the bag arrived completely opened and poorly taped back together, and the boxes inside had each been opened and one had been re-packed into an entirely different box. I took pictures and contacted the company the same day.... never to hear back. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company but I highly suggest for everyone to STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT MERCHANT!!!!!!!!

And sometime we need to give ourselves something to push us to do that self-care.

I have been a Therabox subscriber for over a year and I have received only one box I was totally thrilled with. Each box is curated very thoughtfully, is somewhat seasonal, and has quality products-ALWAYS. I have started using brands consistently that I never even knew of.

In any given box you can expect a mix of gave care, skin care, teas, aromatherapy oil rollers or balms, body scrubs, lotions, soaps, and always a wellness journal or book tied into the box theme. It is the box that keeps on giving and is well worth the reasonable price!

This box was spectacular and had so many things you don't know you need until you receive it!! It seems expensive but I received it as a gift and it was amazing. The items were unique, inspiring, beautiful, and oddly comforting. They promote positivity through mental change and healthy living. I got charcoal detox toothpaste for example, a wellness journal calendar with ideas on self care, birthday cake lip scrub, organic holistic lotion, CBD Chapstick, so many other things inside, like a box of wellness tea for the month, amazing. Other items as well. Inspiration, new products, charcoal toothpaste, I can't wait to try it, an example of exciting new things you didn't know you needed.... But do!!
