Bunch of crooks , when seat did not fit they told me that the the original seat had not been fitted correctly. Sent it back without opening anything other than taking the lid out to check the size, then told me I had not sent the fittings back!! I never took the fittings out so they cannot be missing unless they were not there in the first place!! 100% stay well clear!!

I called about an order I had placed the day before to see if I could have expedited delivery. Callum was able to get the warehouse on line, check that the part was there, and organised for me to have it delivered the following day. Brilliant customer service and I really appreciated his support as I had originally ordered the part from another company who had left me hanging for 3 weeks and completely blanked me so I was very appreciative to have Callum organise this for me so quickly.

Our toilet seat developed a crack and photos sent to MTS Ltd for replacement under warranty. Basically told we were lying, toilet seat had suffered impact damage and they would not uphold the guarantee. Definitely not so went directly to the manufacturer! They could see that it was a valid claim due to stress fatigue and within 24hrs a new seat is on its way. These guys need training in the products they sell, evidence submitted and, more importantly, customer service and the manner in which they speak to people!

Beyond bad. Lied repeatedly about sending parts out when they hadn’t . Finally parts arrived and were not the ones ordered . Completely different size to the ones ordered even tho I’d ordered with the manufacturer’s part number . Asked me to return them and promised in writing to refund the cost plus the cost of my return postage . Only refunded the original cost and not the postage . Avoid this place at all costs unless you want untold hassle and stress.

Update after sellers response . I ordered a specific sanit flush valve washer using the manufacturers part reference number . A completely different part was sent which matched neither the sellers own listing for that part nor the manufacturers stated dimensions . I have the complete email trail and the sellers email advising they would refund the return postage costs which as of today 26/08/26 they havent done so . Anyone is free to read my reviews of other companies many of which are five star . Criticism is only given when its deserved . No amount of deflection on your part will change that . I stand by my comments 110 percent and clearly reading your other reviews many other buyers feel exactly the same .

Order dispatched the day after payment as promissed - item received two days later exactly as described.

They surprised me as reviews not great but sent a photo of Bathstore toilet seat and they said which one would fit and it does! I would have liked the measurements to double check myself before I purchased which they didn’t supply so had to risk it. Also the fitting didn’t look like it would work so I asked before I opened it and was assured using new fittings it would. Would be helpful to have more info for the customer on sizing and using new fittings to give reassurance that it’s the right product to buy.

Contacted “My Toilet Spares” in Hull by phone, trying to source a specific model of ROCA tap.
Callum was very helpful and professional, immediately making it clear that he understood the specific model of tap I was looking for.
Callum rang back twice during the same business day, firstly to keep me informed about his ongoing enquiries to try and locate the correct tap, then to let me know that he had located the item at a foreign supplier. At this point, I placed my order and Callum clearly explained the expected lead time and confirmed that he would contact me when the tap had arrived at the Hull branch, to be collected.

I have been searching high and low for a Geberit WC seat all day and have not been able to find a company with one in stock. Callum went over and above to help me and even went as far to send it out on the same day. In a world where people are quick to comment on negative experiences I think it is really important to praise the positive ones. Callum has quite literally saved this project for us, he has ensured a severely disabled tenant can move into the property next week without having to delay her move in due to 2-3 week lead times with EVERY other supplier of these seat. He is a credit to your company and to customer service. Bravo Callum!! 

A chaotic experience just to order a toilet seat.
Waited week or so for delivery and nothing so called and told it would be with me by the Friday later found out the label was not generated till the Friday.
I then emailed and was told someone would get back to me nothing.
Phoned again and was told the parcel had sent but the label had come off so it went back the warehouse and didn’t know whose it was so they only knew when I rang.
Was told it would be dispatched today hurrah .
Later phoned to complain and was told had to send email 5-7days reply but given email reply record wasn’t hopeful.
When I asked for confirmation again that it would be sent today as I wished to voice record confirmation lady spat dummy at great speed and cancelled order and issued a refund. Double hurrah what a relief.
A chaotic customer experience made worse by people who are not interested and will tell you whatever to brush you off.

Shocking! 2.9/5 makes them look good. Happy to sell you products but not will to even engage when it goes wrong......
In my case the manufacturer stepped in but the small discount on the product was not worth the hassle.
Just dont buy from this lot!

I would strongly advise caution before buying from this company.

In my experience, when the wrong product was sent, Richard King, the owner, was difficult to deal with and showed little interest in resolving the issue properly. Instead of answering straightforward questions, the response was patronising, evasive and unnecessarily belittling.

If anything goes wrong with your order, I would not expect meaningful support.

Charge high postage for in stock items and dont dispatch them until you chase a few times. Absolute joke, no apology.

SCAMMERS

Agreed on courrier express to then ship via Royal Air Mail, charged for 100 GBP for a 20 GBP service and they denied it, despite WhatsApp messages.

To then finally received everything late, after delaying site works with one item missing out of four.

We ordered replacement shower door wheels seemingly at a good price from My Toilet Spares on Monday. The order was confirmed by email, but then the next day out of the blue we got a refund email, effectively cancelling our order. When I checked their website, they were still showing this item in stock, but the price had increased significantly.

I know exactly what happened. Many spares like this aren't actually kept in stock by such companies, there are too many; when they receive an order they in turn order from the manufacturer, in this case Ideal Standard. Ideal had obviously put the price up, but MTS due to their incompetence hadn't increased the price the item was being sold for on their website.

And so not wanting to make a loss, the uncaring jokers simply cancelled the order! They didn't even send me an email to tell me they were cancelling the order and to apologise; I only knew because their systems had generated the refund email.

I called them, explaining that they had entered into a legal contract with me to sell me these items at an agreed price - and by cancelling my order, they were in breach of contract. Did the idiots care? Of course they couldn't give a toss. They tried to make out that the item was out of stock at Ideal Standard. I already knew from calling the company - sadly Ideal wouldn't sell me the item direct - that a lot of their spares aren't always on the shelf, but they will still happily take orders from suppliers to the public; the item then goes on back order, and they told me is usually then fulfilled in 2-3 weeks time.

I pointed out to the person at MTS that they were still listing the item as in stock (i.e. able to be purchased), they had simply massively increased the price overnight when they discovered their error. He kept trying to argue no, it was out of stock so they couldn't supply me! And while I was on the phone, just to try to get rid of me he 'flicked a switch' so that the item then showed up as out of stock on their website - just to get rid of me (after the call lo and behold, it had been put back in stock again, of course at the higher price).

When this didn't work and I insisted that they were in breach of contract and needed to do something about that, the guy then just hung up on me!

What utter uncaring, greedy clowns - in their eyes they don't have customers, just innocent members of the public they think they can exploit whenever they want to, with impunity!

AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE would be my advice...

Spoke to Callum in the sales department who was professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products I needed (Vitra toilet cistern parts).
The parts were delivered the following day using Parcelforce/Royal Mail.
I will definitely be using MTS again and can recommend them unreservedly.

This company supplied three toilet flush washers against my order which was based on an internet sourced part number. It was the wrong size of washer.
Their Customer Helpline was responsive, the conversation was pretty much in real time. Given the washer dimensions, they quickly identified the correct washer and gave a price, agreed to accept back and refund the mis-ordered washers. The difference in price was pence (in their favour) and as soon as the mis-ordered washers were received back, the correct washers were dispatched (and Royal Mail delivered on time!). They sorted all the paperwork for the exchange, no further admin required from me. My Toilet Spares couldn't have been more helpful and made the exchange very simple. I am happy to strongly recommend them.

My Ideal Standard Toilet was leaking and I ordered a replacement QT washer on the Monday morning. The correct part to fix my toilet was surplied but was not delivered until the Saturday 5 days after ordering! Fortunately I ordered the same part from a different company who delivered the part required within 24hrs on the Tuesday meaning I was able to repair my toilet and stop the leak. I am keeping the part surplied by MyToiletSpares as a spare as I have four toilets! I am happy with the part surplied and the price but the delivery was very slow! So if you need a part urgently maybe best to shop elsewhere.
