Horrible service and I still don’t know what’s happened.
They had a schedule change/cancellation from the airline so they offered me either to cancel my return flight from Venice to Sydney or to change it to another day but the new itinerary plan was 40 hrs instead of 25.
I choose that option anyway for don’t loose the flight. After that, I called them and asked to find a better option for me (willing to pay the different fee for it). They found a better flight option so I asked them to change my itinerary to that. For the change I was require to pay a fee which I paid straight away.
I receive then an email confirmation with my new flight time. Although I didn’t received a new ticket or any further confirmation from the company and when I was going on them website or the company website that I was supposed to fly with, my flight schedule was still the old one.
I waited couple of days but still nothing. From the 6 of May till now (20 of May) I called them every day and I spent at least an hour every day on the phone with them. None of the many people I got transferred to were been able to answer me of why my flight wasn’t change yet. The only answer I was receiving ( after being transfer at least 3 times in 3 different departments where I needed to re-explain the entire thing over and over) the answer was: “the support team will definitely contact you within 24 hrs and they will definitely send you your new ticket. Unfortunately we can’t do anything on our end”. Long story short NO ONE ever contacted me, my flight isn’t changed, I’m leaving on Monday with my old itinerary and I still don’t know for what I paid for. I’m so disappointed and shocked of this service that I don’t even know what to say. Oh yeah last time I called after the 5th person they transferred me to the line “accidentally” got cut! 🤣 what a JOKE!

How on earth is it possible to have such customer service in today's world?
I spoke to at least 40 people, totaling 3-4 hours - all of the Indians, no one offered solutions, only transferred to other Indians.

I had to cancel my flight due to pcr paperwork issue at the check in counter. the airline booked me as no show. With patience i called the +65 number that they gave online, I spoke to Ghulam and he at 1st said i must call the airline because they book me as no show. 1min later he called me and said it is all good, the airlines made note to rebook. he helped me and rebooked me, with a fair charge later my flight was sorted. Just be polite and have patience. Thank you Ghulam

Scammed me and my wife for over 1000 euros, im a confident PC user, they changed the name of my booking so they could cancell the ticket and get refund (automatic overwrite unabled to be disgarded), i got 15 euros back in comparison to the 1000 pounds i paid, please,. dont help theese people

HORRIBLE Customer service. After 60 minutes of waiting to talk with the attendant, he couldn't help me to add luggage to the flight.
Information that had to be provided with details on the website, and is not.

Mytrip selling fake Cancellation guarantee and their service brings a lot of headache
I bought the tickets and got to know that because of Covid situation Norway changed the rules of entering - 10 days quarantin in the hotel etc... so I cancelled my tickets in 1 hour or less after booking.
While booking I bought extra service - cancellation protection - cancelation with any reason. And only after I paid I got the notice: "You have purchased a cancellation guarantee for your trip. This means that you can cancel your reservation for any reason by exchanging it for an electronic voucher worth 90% of the air ticket price." I do not want voucher! And what about the luggage etc?
Well, but it is not also the truth... I got the emal that I do not have right for any refund?!?
Instead to take care of my problem Mytrip sent me after cancelation request many emails:
1) booking confirmation;
2) feedback form to ask how happy am I with their service;
3) finally 2 days later the answer that even I informed them during 24 hours about the need to cancel the booking and bought extra cancellation-protection service, it is not possible to get a refund of my booking in case of cancellation;
4) email to reserve my seat on the flight.
So no refund!?!
How this company still working on the market?

In this case, according to the rules set out by the airline it is not possible to get a refund of your booking in case of cancellation.

What should I think?
I feel that Mytrip cheat people.
They do it with seat reservation as well. During you book tickets they ask 30+ eur one flight to book the seat. And when you read how they write, you feel that if you do not choose the seat, you buy flight without seat.
So think before you use their services :(

Cancelled European booking
I booked a return trip to Europe yesterday, all was fine got all the booking details via email pretty well straight away. Today I wake up, check my emails and guess what, they cancelled the booking, no real explanation just that it was a technical error. Very poor form. Now I have funds from my credit card in limbo and have to wait for several days for the return of my funds, preventing me from making another booking through a more reliable and ethical firm. Will not deal with them ever again

My booking/flight SGMOYU canceled because of COVID19 in march 2020 and I am still waiting the refund.
At first I contacted MyTrip. They told me to ask it from United Airlines. They told me to wait 1 year for refund. After 1 year I turned to United Airlines and then they told me to contact MyTrip. Then I tried to contact them, they told me that they will check what they can do. Now I am waiting since march. Nobody answers.

Nunca nadie respondió a los telefonos que aparecen que tienen indicativo de España. Nadie nos solucionó nada que porq cuando uno compra por una pagina de estas la aerolinea queda bloqueada. Nos toco volver a comprar los tiquetes. adicional ibamos con señorees de la tercera edad, niños y nos toco salir del aeropuerto, pagar uber, hotel, comidas etc y todos saben que al final de un viaje ya no hay recursos.

It seemed impossible but yet they did it.
I had a flight from Bogota to Paris, which was cancelled by MyTrip.
I called them every day to book a new flight.
They even charged me 30 euros for that.
Finally one day they told me they were able to do their job and book a new flight (Bogota to Paris, with a connecting flight at Toronto).
The flight was the 26/08. I went for check-in at the airport, but the company (Air Canada) told me that they had no booking with my name.
So I couldn't go onboard.
This is absolutely fraudulous. They basically stole my money, ie 500 euros !!
Of course, I called them. The first time, as usual, after making me wait for 20mn, and explaining my case for 15mn, they just hung up.
The second time, they told me that they couldn't book me a new flight before a week.
Do they even know people have a life ? I couldn't afford to spend one more week in Bogota, I had to work next Monday.
So I asked to speak to the person in charge. He was conveniently busy at that time, and I was told that he was going to call me back 3 hours later.
This kind of thing doesn't happen with My Trip.. Everybody knows that...
I bought a new flight for 500 euros, and I had to spend one more hundred euros for taxis, meals, antigenic test...
Plus I was supposed to arrive Friday morning, I'm going to arrive Saturday afternoon : more than 30 hours wasted...
That's not counting the tiredness, the stress, the fear of not making it for Monday and being blamed by my coworkers...
They are playing with their customers' lives. We cannot accept that anymore.
I'm going to hire a lawyer and suit them.
And I'm going to contact other people to work for a common action.
As you know there is already a class action group on Facebook.
Let's make it bigger and take action.

Absolute terrible. Took my money for extra luggage and didn’t add it. Then claimed they had added it AFTER my trip was concluded and couldn’t understand why I wanted a refund. Utter useless

This company operates fraudulently. SAS did pay us back through this company for a canceled trip and now they can't be reached nor are they paying us back. Tried to get in contact with them by phone and through several contact forms on their web. Simply a scam!!

Es imposible contactar con mytrip. En la pagina web no hay un formulario para poder ponerte en contacto. Por teléfono estuve una hora i media sin respuesta. Mi consulta tampoco es para solicitar un rembolso o para que mytrip se haga cargo, pero aún así responden con un mensaje automatico, sin atender al cliente.

I have been trying to get a refund from Mytrip for cancelled flight with no response.
My order number was L9BDZM and the reservation number was UNBHW8.
We got an email from you which said that "as our flights have been cancelled. We immediately answered that letter with a full refund request and also tried to contact by phone. Since then there´s have been nothing but automatic replies to our letters.
Please stop ignoring your customers and fulfill your obligations to pay the customers their money back!

Initially we got an email from you which said that "as our flights have been cancelled we'd have to let MyTrip know if we´d like a voucher or a full refund". We immediately answered that letter with a full refund request. Since then there´s have been nothing but automatic replies to our letters.
Please stop ignoring your customers and fulfill your obligations to pay the customers their money back. The return of money MUST take place within 90 days of your cancellation.
