I would like to say big thanks to this company

I would like to say big thanks to this company.
I was able to have legal address and I knew that my correspondence will be safe and protected.
Mellissa the office manager and Nick I assume the owner were always professional ,kind and understanding.

An unreliable service.

The communications when I was being encouraged to engage MYUKpost.com was excellent, especially the personal service from Nick Davenport, the owner.

Once I’d paid the initial charge and the monthly payments were being taken, however, it was radio silence.

The address I was given was not accepted by the Royal Mail redirection service so I wanted some advice.
No amount of calls or emails elicited a response.

I cancelled the redirection and tried again but the address that I was given my MYUKpost.com would not be accepted so I had to go with the address that Royal Mail had on file.

Eventually I got my answer that the address was sufficient, not from MYUKpost who continued to ignore my requests for advice but eventually a very poor quality scan arrived that was so badly aligned that is was unsuitable for forwarding to organisations if I’d needed to.

The reviews on their website specifically mentioned the quality of the communications with the company.
I don’t know who posted them but if my experience is anything to go by it would not have been by their customers.

Three months later I’d had just three scans including over Christmas and my birthday.
This either means that for the first time in my life I’d had no Christmas or birthday cards or my mail wasn’t being forwarded to me.

Furthermore, having written to the company to confirm that I would not be renewing the service I got a speedy reply.
Suddenly good communications as not a problem.
They confirmed that my service with them would be terminated at the end of January but I continue to get emails complaining that they could not take my payments.

By now my trust in the organisation was zero so I took the precaution of getting my bank to stop payments in advance, which is just as well because clearly, although I’d had a message saying that the service had been terminated they would have continued to take the money.
Clearly, communications between people at company is as unforthcoming as their commutations with their customers.

When it comes to getting their money MYUKpost.com are reliable communicators.
When it comes to answering questions from their customers, or even delivering the service you pay for, reliable is not the word I would use.

In my personal experience not only was the customer service non-existent and my instructions to terminate the service ignored, I will never know what happened to my mail in the intervening three months.

this review by Michael Lynch is a complete pack of lies... he had an address in London, that he wanted his mail redirecting from the Royal Mail to us, he didn't even register for the redirections for over a month, so no post was coming through o us, we warned him and every other client, the the Royal Mail redirection service isn't reliable...

to say our addresses are not acceptable to Royal Mail is complete lies and malicious slander, we have been trading for over 15 years, with thousands of satisfied clients using our addresses everyday, we even have our own DECIDATED POSTCODE!,

For Lynch to complain that he had no birthday and Christmas cards is farcial, over the 6 weeks (he cancelled the redirection on the 15th of Jan), he only had 3 pieces of mail, he never called us, he never emailed us, lies and nore lies from Lynch; he should be more worried why he only 1 card on his redirection!

(again more lies from Lynch, he wrote 3 months, yet his redirection was only active for 6 weeks!)

Finally, as per all our clients, we ask for a minimum 6 month subscription, which he has cancelled after only 3 months, so maybe this complete fabrication of lies and inconsistencies is an attempt to cancel early

Lynch is in no legal position to make hearsay comments on all our other client reviews, as he doesn't know any of these clients

We, at myUKpost, are all for independent review services, providing the reviews are genuine and honest, anyone with common sense can see Lynch is not telling the truth, what is sad the trustpilot used to have human staff on the phone, that reviewed malicious reviews, now they don't even have a phone number, all done on an AI Bot

We have Lynch's details and we will be taking separate legal action against him, as when we attempted to call him several times, the coward was dodging the calls!

I have been using MyUKPost for over 10 years. Nick is super helpful and has gone our of his way to help me when I have lost documents whilst in Spain. I a. More than happy to recommend them for anyone requiring a reliable and flexible UK address service.

This was best service that I ever had . So friendly ,fast and efficient and very kind staff thire so much helpfull and trustworthy if someone looking for mail service i will recommended Myuk post not 100 times 1000 times... no words brilliant service.. Been using this company for the last…

Been using this company for the last three years while we travel Europe and beyond. Great staff very attentive, Mail uploaded for review same day as received , always willing to prioritise you in a crisis, like losing your credit card and having replacements couriered next day.
All in all I would recommend this company to anybody who is travelling for a safe and reliable mail forwarding service
