Warranty team is not good at all. I put in a product waranty for something i bought a couple months ago that is already broken. I upload all proof showing when i bought it and everything. They told me my claim was denied because my pen is from 2022...that is not true at all when i asked for them to show proof on how they came up with that after i sent proof and no one answers. BUYER BEWARE.

The batteries are horrible! I have been using them for years because that is what my husband gets us! NO MORE. uwell caliburn "ripping off people" with their batteries and their junk!!! No vaper. Batteries will not last more than a month enough time for the warranty to run out! Pods leak! We return a battery and the new one we get is the same junk!!

I been only using caliburn products for years, I am done. I just put in for a replacement warrenty it's been taken months so I went out bought a sonder vape which was cheap and works so good, the pods last forever. I tried emailing uwell they didn't even read my email or see my attachment they would of saw I already submitted everything month ago on there warrenty page. This is the 4th vape that has not lasted . I stuck with them i like how the caliburn vaped and the pods. The warranty process is crap .

Been vaping for 9 years, not something I’m proud of but through that time I’ve owned a lot of different vapes. Tried different brands, different models, different styles, you name it. Nothing has ever performed worse than my most recent uwell caliburn g3 pro. Screen cracked after 1 single hour (maybe less) of being in my pocket with my smart phone. Less than 24 hours later it started spitting. The coil seems to be low quality as it burned with a full tank (no it didn’t fire in my pocket) and the end result being it can’t tell there’s a pod in the vape so it doesn’t fire. In less than 48 hours this $80 purchase was garbage. Save your money and take your significant other to dinner instead. Absolute junk

Sehr schlechte Qualität von Pods für G3. Manchmal halten sie ein paar Tage, anders mal nur 1 Tag. Dampfe seit über 3 Jahren, früher Caliburn G1 mit austauschbaren Coils - sie hielten manchmal wochenlang !, seit 1/2 Jahr ist der G3 mit Podsystem im Einsatz. So kann ich behaupten genug Erfahrung zu haben. Liquid ist immer gleiche Sorte. Kurz gesagt : die schlechte Qualität von Pods für G3 ist ein Betrug am Kunden. Punkt !

Ich habe mir vor gut 2 Monaten einen Uwell Caliburn G2 gekauft. Leider lief, von Anfang an das Liquid mal mehr mal weniger an den Seitenwänden und durch das Coil herunter. Ich dachte, da es mein erster E-Dampfer war bin ich zu blöd zum füllen der Pods.
Auch der Verkäufer, sagte hin und wieder schwitzt es ekn wenig. Ich fand, dass es mehr wie schwitzen ist. Na Ja. Nach etlichem stöbern in den Foren und einigen Erklärvideos war ich etwas schlauer.
1. Anscheinend gibt es zuviele Montags-Geräte, Cois oder Pods auf dem Markt.
2. Vielen, zumindest den Youtubern und Antwortgebern in den Foren macht es wohl nichts aus öfters die Pods und Cois zu tauschen. 3-4 Wochen finde ich doch etwas kurzlebig für die Teile.

Nun weiter in meinen Dampfgehversuchen
Da eine längere Montage anstand habe ich einen zweiten Caliburn G2, zwei Wochen nach dem Kauf von Nr.1 mir zugelegt.

Da die Erste mir zu sehr suppte habe ich die Nr.2 in der 4 Woche zum Einsatz gebracht. Die Nr. 1 wurde danach noch 2-3 x als Ersatz genutzt.
Sie war gerade 4 Wochen alt und hatte den zweiten Coil im Einsatz als die Zugautomatik ihren Geist aufgab. Zwei, drei Tage später war der Akku hin. Ich habe die Nr. 1 in den 4,5 Wochen seines Einsatzes Max. 10 Tage gebraucht. Und das auch nicht viel ( 2ml reichten 2 Tage). Den Pod und das Gerät musste ich regelmäßig alle zwei Tage abtrocknen. Da es irgendwo raussuppte.

Nun die Nr.2 (Pod) machte einen sehr vielversprechenden Eindruck. Es war eher Schwitzen als Suppen.
Nach 4 Wochen Einsatz ( min. 20 Tg.)
Fing auch die Nr.2 zu Suppen.

Es Suppt an der Sohle vom Pod, an der Verbindungen zwischen Fussstück und Tank.
Gleichzeitig suppt es auch durch den Coil durch. Nicht an den Ringen/Dichtungen sondern am Boden vom Coil.

Nun habe ich neue Coils und Pods bestellt. In der Hoffnung, dass diese ausdauernder sind.
Ich finde die Pods und Coiks könnten Qualitativ besser sein.

Wer keine Eintagsfliege sein möchte, der setzt auf Qualität und hat lange Erfolg!

Mal schauen Ob die Vernunft oder die Gier siegt.

Kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen! Coils sind top, laufen nicht aus. Ich hatte die Coils für den neuen G3.Der Akku meiner neu gekauften Caliburn G3 war kaputt und Vom Support habe ich direkt Ersatz erhalten. Der Kundensupport ist wirklich top, ohne Ausreden wurde direkt Ersatz geliefert! So sollte man seine Kunden behandeln. Ich bleibe Uwell weiterhin treu.

Ständig kaputte coils. Laufen aus beim ersten befüllen. Bei dem Preis sollte das nicht passieren.

i had the caliburn x after a few weeks of use it started auto firing. i contacted after sales and they dropped the product at a nearby pickup place. ok not bad i got it from there.
the replacement i received had the same problem and first they denied delivering at a P.O. Box office and after a 3 weeks of back and forth of emails. they sent me an empty package that has nothing in it. the package was not tempered with so its not the UPS fault.

I have purchased 4 UWells in total. The first one was an inexpensive stick (A or A2 I believe). In less than 6 months all it took was one badly leaking pod to short out the battery. I then swapped to the Surion Air (which after several months is still working). The one positive thing I can say is as far as flavor goes it is the one feature UWell exceeds. Most recently I saw a new model (GK2 Koko) and decided I’d give UWell one more chance. Straight out of the box the pod was super leaky. When I contacted customer service I was told “sorry, pods aren’t covered by the warranty”. So I have decided to go back to the surion and have purchased my last UWell ever. If they won’t replace a defective pod ( their pods are notoriously prone to leaking), I can’t afford to roll the dice everytime I have to replace a pod. I experienced the same condescending attitude as described by all of the previous reviews.

Poor quality vape pods that always leak and they’ve priced it such that people think it’s good quality. When you want to return faulty vape they make you wait for weeks. Don’t buy Caliburn vapes. They’re crap!!

Das Teil läuft permanent aus, obwohl ich schon 10 Pods nachgekauft habe. Immer ist das Liquid überall, nur nicht in dem Pod!! Ich rate JEDEM davon ab, den schei*ß zu kaufen!! Werde nie wieder was von der Marke kaufen. Größer Chinamüll!!!!!!!!!!

I got only nad opinion of that I used second e cigarettes after first was get broken. Not recommended is not worth it

The customer service team is impossible to work with. They were rude and condescending. I told them that I had 3 leading coils from one pack. I provided all of the information regarding the box. I was accused of not knowing how to install them. After three weeks of back and forth, they wanted more pictures. This time not of the tank leaking but of a dissected coil. Do not expect anything to come from an experience with their customer service

Their customer service representatives are very rude to deal with. Pretty much took my money and said oh well. The attitude I received was ridiculous. So much for good business ethic from this company. I will never buy anything from them again. Whoever does use this company I hope you dont get ripped off because it seems to happen a lot.

My caliburn is giving me a nasty taste what do I do

Uwell Caliburn 2018.
Not really a good product. After 11 month of "normal" usage, the battery just died. The device now shows a steady green light when plugged to the USB (meaning a full charge completed) and blinking red light right after I unplug it (meaning a critical low battery).
The warranty is only 6 month indeed. And no spare part are available! I cannot change the battery pack in any case. The only solution is to throw the caliburn away in the trash... so polluting.
I talked to the Customer Service and they were only able to reply "sorry, it can happen".
Don't buy this product. That's why is quite cheap.

Bought a vape from these guys and found the battery casing nearly impossible to remove, I can not get the buttons to lock on the device and I can not even remove the part of the tank to replace the coil. I sent a email to support and they REQUIRE A VIDEO for proof even after showing them a Proof of Purchase and the warranty code. Never again will I buy a uwell product.
