Great product and service and the girls at the dubai mall are very friendly and give great advice. Also, if you order online the delivery service works very well. Order online in the morning and the delivery guy made it to my place within a few hours. Very happy in all respects.

very good services , always shop in the dragon mart branch , friendly and helpful staff , i wouldve put 5 if it weren't missing some e liquid ( 30 mg nicotine and other tastes )

Visited the Dubai Mall store when it first opened and was helped by friendly staff. Whilst this crisis overtook the world I had to try out the delivery service to Sharjah the neighbouring Emirate to Dubai. All very prompt service delivered as promised on time. The service team really tried hard to provide tip top service and communicated via WhatsApp & email effectively. Well done guys & girls.
