Myvitalflows Avis

it was good, but 1 pair had a small rip near the top

Best compression socks I’ve had. Easy on /off

The product is unique but that's it. Delivery needs a lot of attention.

The product is very good, the tracking was kind off a problem when it wouldn't let me track the package until some responded to my concerns about it.

I ordered one trial pair of socks, now being charged every month for compression stockings I don’t want and don’t fit.i wish to cancel the monthly order with immediate effect.

Took 6 weeks to get any info about order actually being shipped.
Product is good when it is finally delivered

It took 3 months to receive my order. All my communications attempts were ignored during the first month. I was told to be more patient after every cancellation request during the second month of waiting. The responses I was getting after that made no sense at all. I will not comment on the product because I am not using it. I found an acceptable alternative during all the waiting time.

Great product
Didn't wait long for product to arrive

I got what I ordered. And was pleased with the product. Only complaint was the amount of time it took to get here.

We have been buying socks for over a year and they work well for my husband. We are satisfied with your product.

Good fit, well made ,,,,,,,,,

Took too long. Excuse was huge demand. Not my problem. If having a sale always ensure adequate stock to cover your delivery promises.
Correspondence between MVF and me was poor. Long time taken to respond.

They fit great. Good quality.

I am trying to exchange my XXL socks for a size 3XL because the XXL is too small. You would think I was asking for replacement socks and keep the ones I have. Poor customer service.
Still don’t have info to exchange!!

Overall I gave Vital Flows five stars. However it wasn't perfect. I used sizing information found on their website and ordered 3x. I probably should have gone 2x as the larger size was much longer than I expected. I find they work well, but I end up turning down the tops for a better fit.

You sent me the wrong size which was immediately brought to your attention and I attempted to use your own replacement/refund policy. 15 emails later, responding to ridiculous questions, a month later I still have no replacement socks! Very Poor customer service. In fact zero customer service.

Cannot fault service received from company. However there is a small problem which is partially my fault. The socks are too long as I have short legs. The size guide does not specify knee to ankle length. The problem is easily solved by turning the tops of the socks over. I still am wearing mine every day and they do reduce my leg swelling

My Myvitalflows offer support throughout a long day on my feet. I get benefits from less les fatigue and my knees and calves thank me every day.

Well, I ordered a 3X, which I’ve ordered in the past. You sent me a 4X, I emailed back-and-forth with your people in customer service several times and the best offer they could deal me was to send them back and get a tracking number and then when they got the tracking number, they would try and resolve the problem or they would send me another free pair and I would have to pay the $20 to cover cost. Wasn’t my mistake. I didn’t send the wrong ones to myself. You all did and you just cut lead me on. Send me this information. Send me that information. Send me sizes. Send me pictures. I did all that and still no resolution so I finally told him that I would not ever order another pair of my vital flow socks again from your company. And I just ordered some from Hollow. Hopefully they’ll have better customer services. I’m surprised to hear that you even asked how things went. If you review my last order you’ll see that I am correct.
