I ordered a top on 5th April. The order is still pending. No response from My Western. The phone number displays is switched off. The chatbot is coming back with the same response - 'Oops! It looks like I didn't catch that. Can you try again or ask something else?'
I think this is a scam.

Would never ever order from western again, no proper updates on your product delivery, no on picks up also any call.. amazon is their delivery partner, amazon agent just calls and then suddenly order attempt failed and the product goes return, no assurity for proper delivery... its a humble request to first call and assure about product delivery with specific dates. Worst experience ever. please think before ordering anything from here...!!

Extremely disappointing experience with MyWestern.

The product quality is very poor — honestly worse than what you’d find in street markets. I ordered 4 tops, and not only was one item missing, but the 3 I received were of unacceptable quality.

What’s even more frustrating is their refund policy. They do not offer proper refunds and instead force customers to accept coupons. This is completely unfair, especially when the product quality is not up to standard.

There is also no proper communication or customer support. No one follows up, no clear response, and no effort to resolve issues.

I strongly do not recommend buying from this brand. It’s a waste of money and time. They don’t even deserve a 1-star rating.

I got a few tops, their designs are good. But the material used is horrible. I do not recommend buying any of their products.

My request ID is #1798REXC82933...I have purchased 3 products from your Western wear site .. one of them is not according to the size & one I want to return it & get my money back. But you guys already changed for the returning and changing the product..yet I have not received any mail, message or call from your side, that I could understand what is going on. Look at the receipt..hope you already have every detail of it....give my money back with this 200 extra charge of that 2 product..I don't want your return product..

Horrible website..no proper contact information..they send defective product and charge 100 everytime..do not buy..such websites should be banned

Please don’t order from this company, i received my product in 40days and i gave 100 bucks to return the product and they returned money in store credit while i call over their number they promised they will return in original payment method and after that they stopped entertaining my calls.

Terrible response. I ordered a dress on 28 th January. It's been over 45 days, no delivery or any update on its possibility. No replies by customer care team too. They keep saying it will be delivered in 2 days but nothing gets fixed. They also do not respond on cash back query too. Poorest management team ever.

do not buy from this website ... the size they mention is not what they will send then when you want to return it was say that account does not exist or opt is wrong after 5 days when the opt and account issue is sorted.. exchange in 5 days policy is over

I had ordered a floral dress for the 1st time thru My Western app and havent received it yet. Its almost a month now . Only 1 nos is given and that too the other person only chats and says that i will get order and he cannot do refund as he has not got it back . He is neither providing the courier companys name n contact details nor does he refund back the amount . I guess these ppl are cyber thieves.Mr Nikunj Sakaria is the founder it shows online and the trade name is JA creations . I have messaages with me to show the proof of my followup . They are not at all professional and they are not ready to improvise in case of any prob with their delivery partners which happened to be Amazon .in.

Ordered my first set of 2 shirts and a dress, the material is very cheap with poor finishing. On top of that, for your return, you get a code to shop again from My Western.
I ordered the replacement and they were equally bad, I won't even be wearing the dress which came through, the material is that cheap.
Please stay away from this website.
