Extremely Disappointing Experience – Twice in a Row

I rarely write reviews, but after placing two separate orders with N1 over the past two years, I feel compelled to share my experience.

On both occasions, my orders were either lost, cancelled, or severely delayed, with delivery being over 30 days late each time. It’s unacceptable for an online retailer to repeat the same logistical failures across years.

During the second order, I agreed to have the product resent after the original package was apparently lost. After waiting another 7 days, and sending multiple messages, I was finally told that the product was no longer in stock and that I should choose a different item. This level of mismanagement and lack of inventory transparency is frustrating and highly unprofessional.

I had hoped the first time was just a rare mistake — but clearly, these issues reflect deeper problems in customer service and order fulfillment. I can no longer recommend N1 and will not be shopping here
