Naail & Co have been doing my books since I set up my shop in Brixton in 2021. They understood what I needed from day one and didn't try to upsell me on things I don't need. The fees are fair for what you get.

I've been with them for about a year now. They handle everything for my small plumbing business - payroll, VAT, the lot. When you speak to someone in their office, they know their stuff and don't talk to you like you're stupid

BAD EXPERIENCE NOT RECOMMENDED…
I engaged Naail & Co to handle my company accounts and personal tax return for the year ended 31 January 2025. I paid in advance £1,200 for a full set of services, including bookkeeping review, posting year-end adjustments, preparation of accounts, submission of CT600, and filing at Companies House.
While draft accounts were prepared and shared, the firm refused to complete submission due to an error in the previous year’s accounts. I specifically signed and paid them to submit the accounts which they have never done. I attempted to resolve the matter through ACCA’s professional conduct process, to claim the loss and get a partial refund but the complaint was closed without resolution.
As a result, I had to appoint a new accountant and incur additional costs. I am sharing this experience so others can make an informed decision. I recommend this firm.
They also called me in office to tell me that I was in breach of Vat and after weeks they realised that I was nearly reaching the threshold but not enough. It affect my mood badly. I do not recommended

Thank you for your review. We take all feedback seriously, but it is important to clarify the facts.
This matter arose from a professional disagreement. During preparation of your accounts, we identified a significant issue relating to an incorrect £38,000 use-of-home expense claim from a prior year. You suggested that other plumbers of a similar size do not pay this level of tax and sought to justify the claim on that basis. As regulated accountants, we cannot submit accounts that we believe are inaccurate or non-compliant. When this could not be resolved, we made the professional decision to disengage.
You subsequently referred the matter to our regulatory body, ACCA. Following a detailed and independent review, the Senior Investigations Officer concluded (Complaint Reference No: UF11957644, dated 13 February 2026):
“I have decided to close the complaint because the information I have seen does not suggest any breach of ACCA’s rules. There is insufficient evidence to raise any issues which are appropriate for disciplinary action or which require separate investigation by ACCA.”
You then requested a further review, which again concluded in our favour, dated 3rd March 2026:
“I am satisfied that the investigator reached justified and proportionate conclusions. It seems clear that there were significant complications in the tasks Naail & Co had taken on and which emerged subsequently to the fees being agreed. There is evidence that Naail & Co acted reasonably and in accordance with the ACCA’s rules in initially seeking to work through those complications and then deciding that they should disengage. In my assessment this is ultimately a commercial disagreement, in that Mr Bruccoleri does not accept that the fees he has paid have been well spent. I am satisfied that the investigator has rightly found that there is no conduct issue here which could properly engage the ACCA’s disciplinary procedures.”
We stand by our professional standards and regulatory obligations at all times.
