NAD+ nasal spray and powder
I've used the NAD+ nasal spray and found it very useful, I did notice an effect which gave me a noticeable boost of energy and could recomend this product.
I've used the NAD+ powder which I was not as keen on it as high acid made my teath sensitive. However I've used this power to make suppositories with coconut oil which I think had a noticeable effect despite the inconvenience.

I agree, customs charges are always unwanted, I am very sorry for them.
Unfortunately, as the UK are no longer part of the EU, customs charges are incurred at the border, including the Republic of Ireland. The EU removed the parcel value limit to determine whether a parcel would incur customs charges. Now all parcels incur an import VAT, and processing fee.
We do not charge you UK VAT so you do not get double billed for VAT. For example you will be charged 20% less than UK customers, meaning you pay around the same as if we were still in the EU. Please see here for more information - https://nadlab.uk/brexit-changes-for-eu-customers/
The EU store is also available all EU customers - https://nadlab-eu.com/. You can avoid any customs procedures by ordering from here, as your parcel will be sent from the EU, and continue borderless trade.

Second order, dispatch is fast, arrived less than 24hrs later. Will be a regular every month! Smaller boxes could be good though, no need for so much packaging!

I agree it would be great if we could get them made to the size of each product. We did run out of the smaller boxes temporarily so you may have received a larger one, so I apologise for that.
All boxes and tissue paper filling is 100% recyclable, and the bags are made from recycled plastic.
We will continue to try to reduce our carbon footprint as much as we can.

First time using this site for NMN so can’t review until I’ve finished a course, however ordered just before Xmas and received well packaged with little spoons for the powder. I’ve been using NMN for 3 months but decided to give this company a chance as have heard such good reviews as opposed to my previous suppliers. Will give a review after using my pot of NM; powder. 🙏

From the tracking information, it looks at though DHL have requested further information - have you received a text or email from them? Once they have the information they can release it from Indian customs.
