Over 2 month i cant do anything with my money, is stuck 2000 euros, is big amount, does it means i never money back? why they cant tell you whats wrong with them? is bullshit to verify 1 pdf file, is so funny looks 1 month 1 documents checking, why long-long they are waiting of what? why i cant to cash out money? if even i wanna close account, how possible that they cant over 1 month to check everything???!
every day- I am wait wait, over 1 week the same - wait, buy WHy and why they are checking 1 documents 1 month, so it means i am gonna wait 2 month later 3 months? enough, and now i dont see even my fiat balance 2000 euros

Support just doesnt care

Everytime i try to do a shop on the groceries it gives an error.

Support doesnt help, just says to try again after 2 days,. Doesnt give me arefund, when i have been without it over 1/3 of the month, just absurd.

The card is regularly unavailable for use

Payments are regularly declined despite sufficient balance. Now there is
a pending top up for 3 days. Support is unable to solve any matter in due time.
They call it an „Elite Plan“ with a monthly fee of 15EUR.

It's great. When it works...

Naga is great, but only when it works.

I have a pending top up for 3 days now. Support doesn't do anything except "forward to the relevant department". I mean, can your support actually solve any problems, or is just a case-forward team? They can't solve anything. Understand that if I make a top up, I want to use the money right away. Not tomorrow. Not next week. Right away. And your support team can't do anything about it, and it sucks.

But hey, when everything works fine, it's great.

Payments get randomly declined. You never know when you go out for drinks, groceries, online shopping or workytravel IF your payment can go through!

It's a shame, but this 3% cashback in BTC is not worth it

My payments keep getting declined…

My payments keep getting declined from time to time for no reason, so the card does not work. Support is not helpflus at all. I asked many times why this happens to avoid it in the future. I get no response to my questions... This is embarrassing, especially if you use this card for your everyday spending.

Carta spesso non funzionante e cashback virtuale

L’idea sarebbe buona, ma la piattaforma ha mille problemi. Le ricariche non vanno a buon fine, lo scambio di cripto non funziona. Soprattutto, il funzionamento della carta è pessimo; spesso rifiuta la transazione senza alcun motivo. Smette di funzionare per qualche giorno e poi si riattiva. I disagi presso i negozianti sono continui. Devi sempre avere una carta di riserva.
I BTC ottenuti con il cashback, infine, sono solo “virtuali”. Li puoi spendere (con annessa elevata commissione) ma non li puoi prelevare. Il che significa che si tratta di una semplice appostazione di memoria, come i punti del supermercato. Nel Wallet non è depositato assolutamente nulla.

Actually I like nagapay

Actually I like nagapay, fees for paying with crypto are a bit to high and crypto deposits need a bit longer to credit than other markets.

But now I’m a little bit disappointed about them. Half year ago I did an creditcard payment which got declined but money was taken from account. They couldn’t find anything about this and I never got the money back.

And just few hours ago I did an doge withdrawal to an another wallet. Naga app says transfer was successful, doge are gone from my wallet
But no txid created, at account history is nothing from an withdrawal and when I watch at dogechain.info for the adress info still says money is at wallet and nothing was send.

I hope I will get the doge back without problems. Can’t reach support today. Please naga help me to get my money back

Peggiore servizio di questo tipo mai visto. Hanno un sacco di problemi con la piattaforma che ha mille problemi. Assistenza incompetente ho chiesto la risoluzione dei problemi più volte non hanno mai risolto alcun problema. Ladri che si sono fregati i miei soldi dicendo ogni volta che a breve avrebbero risolto e che sono impegnatissimi per risolvere il prima possibile. In pratica danno la stessa risposta ma non sanno nemmeno di cosa stanno parlando.

I tried to ask help and they wanted my ID?!! Are u kidding me ? i asked them to provide me information when acc was opened, and when, which email and nothing , they wanted ID card .... is not enoght they used my phone number to open an ACC, now they asked a ID

My 13,899.66 Euros, has been blocked by NAGAPAY since October 2022.

I have sent hundreds of emails to their support team to unblock my account and release my fund back to me but they have refused to reply me
i have just sent another reminder to them today being 9th of June, 2024

3% cashback for limited time. Scam!

After many months of using Naga Pay as Elite Member without problems (I have event sent multiple referrals), suddenly without any reasons they have stopped issuing me any cashback since 40 days, simply mentioning “abuse suspected”, when actually all the transactions are normal and similar as the previous months.
Asking specifically WHAT is the “abuse suspected”, they disappeared.

Don’t trust their promised cashback, after couple of months they will stop issuing it without any reason (but still charging the fee for the Elite Membership…)

AVOID this naga pay, called NOGO pay

Warning, don't step into this scammer company.
I tried to apply, but it went sideways with the address verification. I uploaded a bankstatement from a worldwide known bank with branches across the globe and hold one of the top trier account available. I found a month statement without transactions, which they declined, because there are no transactions on it. Duhhh.. A statement with transactions but crossed out due to privacy reasons, is also declined. So with naga you need transactions on a bankstatement for an address verification.
Well it's not naga pay, but NOGO pay.
Don't interact with those people, before you know it they block your account and need come up with all kinds of proof which has nothing to do with the matter.

Restricted Nagapay account

Hello

3 months now that my Nagapay account has been restricted with a balance of €1453.76, knowing that I have provided all the requested supporting documents.

All I want is the termination of my account opening contract, the closure and return of my funds I no longer want to be a Nagapay customer.

I strongly advise you against this bank, it will end up blocking your account.

Nagapay close my account and return my funds all simply.
