The whole KYC list kept moving. First they wanted ID and a bill. Sent it. Then a selfie holding the ID. Sent that. Then proof of income for a £110 withdrawal. Every time I cleared one hurdle another appeared, and none of it was listed upfront. a few hours of back-and-forth for a fairly ordinary cashout. Felt less like security and more like stalling for time.

I won £90 on Dead or Alive 2 late one night and requested it to Skrill before bed. Next morning the withdrawal wasn't in the history and the balance was back to what it'd been before the win, minus the win entirely. Panicked a bit, raised case #6033. Turned out a 'system reversal' had put it back and I had to request once again. It did pay the following day, but seeing the money just gone off the account first thing was not a nice way to start.

Each time I had to log back in, and once the round I'd been on wasn't there when I returned, though the stake was gone. Support blamed my connection, but every other app on the same wifi was okay. Stopped playing on mobile after that, which rather defeats the point of a mobile casino.
