I never received this item. After being in transit for more than two weeks, it was still not delivered.
Very poor customer service they didn’t even reply to my emails.

This company is an absolute rip off. A swimsuit costing £160 is refunded minus £12.75. Trust the dreadful reviews. Do not order from this money grabbing company. There are far better swimwear companies that will value your custom and treat you fairly.
Frightfully expensive but nice products. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING.
I have returned the items TRacked and signed for which they have received, but continue to ignore my emails requesting a full refund.
I will be contacting my credit card company to request A FULL REFUND.
They have now responded saying it takes 15 days to receive the refund and they will check Monday to see where my refund is up to. Would not recommend and would not reorder
Ordered something from the new activewear range and when it did not fit I was shocked with the £7.50 return fee on top of over £5 for shipping in the first place. An expensive try on for a top that was certainly not £80 in quality either. No mention of these costs in the information available, this is not a brand that is customer focused in anyway.
Contacted customer service and no reply to emails either. I’m amazed so many celebrities have put their name to this company and their activewear launch.

Fabulous swimwear but their shipping and returns policy is shockingly poor.
Massive £7.50 shipping cost within the uk.
Then to return there is a £5.25 charge AND and £2.50 reprocessing fee.
You don’t get this with other swimwear brands. Means by the time I’ve returned an item ( which is on line only and you can’t try on in a store) the total deducted from the refund was huge! Disappointing and not customer focused.
I returned an item sent to me in the wrong size and they refused to refund. Do not buy from this company, they do not provide a professional service and I would recommend they are avoided.
I ordered from NaiaBeach while on holiday in Portugal and unfortunately had a very poor experience.
I paid £19.99 for express shipping (advertised as a 5-day service) and later an additional €45 in unexpected customs charges. Despite this, my order was not delivered to the address I provided, and after weeks of delay and repeated efforts on my part, the goods were of no use to me as they arrived days after my break
When I raised these issues with Naia Beach, their response was to place full responsibility on me as the customer, citing their policy page. No goodwill gesture, partial refund, or acknowledgment of the inconvenience was offered.
I find it unacceptable that critical costs were not made clear at checkout and that the company does not take responsibility for ensuring delivery within the timeframe it advertises. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from Naia Beach.
If I could give more stars I would! I bought a fab white shirt and matching shorts but they were a little loose so I contacted customers service and their response was immediate, so rare these days! Cut a long story short, I returned the size M and re bought the size S but somehow Royal Mail lost them! NAIA were now out of stock in small, not surprising as fab. Sam in customer services quickly got a new pair of M sent out as was literally 2 days before my holiday, can you believe to loan and they will send size S when they come back in stock. Unheard of and totally unexpected! What a wonderful way to run a business! Thank you NAIA beach, your the best!
