With my ongoing experience with this prop firm, I can't help but to label it a scam.
I've subscribed severally and has always failed to pass the challenges especially the phase 2, but I finally passed the 200k challenge and got funded. But during my first withdrawal, I was limited to 10 percent of the account. Since then I've made more profits but can't withdraw it. They keep telling me that I don't have any profit to withdraw.
It's disappointing really.

I am extremely disappointed with how my payout dispute was handled.

My account had a starting balance of 400,000, and according to the MT5 history they provided, the account finished with a balance of 446,480.66, representing a total profit of 46,480.66.

The company rejected my payout, claiming that I breached the maximum drawdown rule and stating that the account reached a 60.26% maximum drawdown.

However, I have asked them to provide a clear calculation showing how they arrived at 60.26%, including the exact equity/balance high, the subsequent low, the timestamps, and the formula used. I have not received a clear explanation that allows me to independently verify this figure.

I am not claiming that their drawdown rule does not apply. My concern is that the alleged 60.26% drawdown needs to be demonstrated clearly from the actual account data.

If the company believes the account breached the 20% maximum drawdown rule, I believe they should be able to provide the exact calculation and transaction/equity data proving the breach.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to understand exactly how their drawdown is calculated and to request detailed evidence if a payout is denied on this basis.

I am simply asking for transparency and a verifiable calculation of the alleged 60.26% drawdown.
