I loved most of it but wasn’t explained…
I loved most of it but wasn’t explained about the under eyes and that two separate procedures were needed. Cheek bones were filler but I didn’t need them there.

Today I had another great experience with Stephanie and the staff, I had filler done today and the asymmetry my lips have are kind of complex to work with. After two rounds of dissolver, I now have freshly filled lips and so far I’m satisfied with my results.. i understand how complex asymmetrical features can be to balance and Steph did an awesome job at doing her best to make my lips more balanced. I appreciate their manager for being very accommodating and the staff that has been helpful and understanding with my concerns. I can’t wait to see them fully settled.

Hope you can do better for the next person
Too much to type but last straw was my appt was not even on their books when I arrived and therefore I also did not get the injector I had specifically asked for and made my appt with. I was asked if I could wait 30 mins for her and said yes and still ended up with someone else. Your customer service has been fairly good but the face that I keep having issue after issue is not good. I honestly regret going in first place as I feel like I spent over $700 and look worse and spent more time, fuel driving to try and fix issues when all I wanted was my #11 fixed but was upsold a bunch more and then find out yesterday that what was injected day 1 was not very good and doesn’t work for me, although that is the one thing I made very clear day 1 was I want my 11 done and it is a strong 11. I don’t feel like they listen, honestly only one who really listened was Nikki and that’s why I requested her. I think I’ll cut my losses now and although I thought I may be back after Nikki since she was so kind I’m not interested in spending anymore of my $$ there. As it is I got pushed into some damn product I didn’t even want… ugh.. how do I let yall sucker me. 😣 You basically comped me for 10 units and and free b12 shot… not worth $700. Well that did include my lips, which I haven’t even said anything about but they don’t look any different at all besides having a ball in my upper lip right now but at least it doesn’t look bad like my Tox effects so I’d rather just not touch it and make it worse also. So now I’m just out $$ and still have an 11 and even these lines on each side of my forehead that look ridiculous and everyone else can see but not your injector yesterday, instead she just wanted to dismiss me and go in and on and ON about skin care products. 🙄 Yeah… I’m good. I gave you a try with your “special” which I don’t get either because I was not charged that price because I was once again talked into something else that would work better for my strong 11 yet was told yesterday that’s why it probably didn’t work because it was a lower grade used, so how was it I didn’t pay the advertised prices for “special” new customer???? Feels like that’s just the catch to lure people in. So nothing bad to say about injectors, except according to my appt yesterday she said the first person did not place injections correctly and that’s what cause my one eyebrow to go crazy high. Second girl Nikki was awesome, yesterday just needs to listen more, talk less. Don’t feel like she was understanding anything I was saying and she spoke to me like I didn’t understand anything she was saying, I did and I didn’t need to hear it 5 times over. Thank goodness this isn’t permanent and will eventually be gone. But what a waste of my $$. ☹️
