They wouldn’t let me check out with two bottles of wine.
Why would I stay with them?
You try to pause your membership, and they don’t allow that either.
I’ve cancelled my plan — even though I still had credit on it.
I will no longer tolerate this ridiculous situation.

Hi Ersan, we are really sorry to hear about your frustrating experience. That’s certainly not how we want things to feel.
It sounds like the issue at checkout was simply due to the case size and we would be happy to look into what has happened here.
As for your account, you can pause your Angel membership at any time, and I can also check your balance to make sure any remaining credit is refunded.
If you have not done so already, please reach out to our friendly team on 1300 898677 (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm) and we can look into this for you.
Read the fine print
Be aware that by signing up to receive a free gift coupon you get charged for freight and also signed up for membership which comes with a monthly charge. I’ve cancelled my membership and am wondering if I will be refunded the monthly charge. The cancellation information said I would but the next web page said they would hold on to the money as a credit in case a customer returns. My thought is if you are canceling a membership it means you’re not returning and should receive a full refund. Be very careful with the free gift coupons.

Hi there, thanks for getting in touch. We will be happy to help with this and apologise for any misunderstanding.
When you applied the free $100.00 gift voucher, it may have been applied to a case offer for a Angel membership case(our subscription program. This was noted in the voucher’s terms and conditions, and it’s how we’re able to give such large discounts on your first case, the wines are funded by our Angels’ monthly contributions.
That said, we completely understand if you didn’t wish to continue as a member. You’ve already cancelled your account, and we’d be happy to refund your remaining balance instead of holding it as store credit.
Could you please give our Customer Happiness Team a quick call on 1300 898 677 (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm AEDT)? We just need to confirm your details securely before processing your refund.

Hi Diego, we’re really sorry to hear you haven’t enjoyed the wines, we always want every bottle to be a good experience, which is why we have our No Fuss Guarantee.
Regarding the $40 charge – that will be the Angel subscription, which is our flexible monthly membership. We completely understand if it’s not for you, and you’re welcome to cancel anytime with a full refund of your balance.
Please reach out to our team directly and we’ll make sure this is resolved quickly on 1300 898677 (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm).
Sneaky company
Sneaky company as they dont make it clear that when you buy something that you are subscribing to a subscription. I only noticed when saw they started debiting my account each month. Then when you want a refund they make it hard to find out how to request one.

Hi Pat, we’re really sorry for the confusion here. When you place your first order, you’re given the option to join as an Angel , our subscription that supports independent winemakers and builds up credit for your next cases. We do send confirmation emails, receipts, and include details in your welcome pack, but we completely understand it can be missed.
You’re always welcome to cancel at any time with a full refund of your balance, and our team is here to help make that process quick and easy. Please reach out to us directly on 1300 898677 (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm) and we’ll sort this out straight away.

"I recently took you up on an offer for a case of wine. The wine is very good however you are now trying to deduct $40 from my account without authorisation!
I hate these scammy underhanded sales tactics. "
I'm sure I also didn't authorise my card and what a shock it was two months later, when I found $120 missing... sitting in your site waiting for me to bite.
The wines were pretty damn good so I didn't give you a low rating.
Keep on supporting the growers and winemakers, it a good cause.

Keep up the good work
We've purchasing wine through Naked for some time now. We have a few favourites such as Sam Plunkett and Jen Pettifer, both consistently good and proving that a quality wine doesn't have to cost a fortune. We've been really pleased with pretty much all the wines we've tried and come back to a few of them.
The delivery process has been trouble free and pleasingly prompt.
we're by no means significant customers but we're satisfied ones. Keep up the good work team !!

Hi Paul, thanks for your feedback. We are really pleased to hear you enjoyed the wine. We want to assure you that we never take payments without consent. We do have some cases that promote our membership. When you purchased the offer, it also included joining our Angel membership, which adds a monthly wine credit to your account to spend whenever you choose.
We completely understand if that wasn’t clear or if you’d prefer not to continue. We can stop the payments right away and refund anything you don’t want to keep. Please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team if you haven't already, on 1300 898677, so we can get this sorted quickly for you.

So much to love about Naked!
I have never dealt with a more passionate, friendly, and knowledgeable group!
Naked Angels is the best place for wine drinkers to buy from the actual winemakers, talk to them, provide feedback, and have true input into the wines!
And, if you buy a wine and discover it’s not for you, simply ring up and tell the Angels, and you will be credited with another choice!
So much to love about Naked Angels!

Great Wines
Great Wines. A generous free bottle for every dozen. Sometimes more. Christmas bundles with gifts.
I can contribute more than $40 a month if I like, or if I decide to walk away, my money can be refunded. It is like a bank for wine lovers.
The best part is, I am supporting Australian and New Zealand wine makers to achieve their dreams. A win win situation for all involved.

I have been a Naked Wine drinker for 10+ years
I have been a customer of Naked Wines for over 10 years now, and in that time I have only ever received one bottle which I felt was not up to standard, and which was refunded without question.
The thing I like about Naked, apart from the ability to order wine as and when I choose and set aside a monthly payment whcih I can then spend when I choose, is the pure quality of the wines they market - supporting independent winemakers in the process and at a very favourable price as a regular purchaser.

I’ve been a member right from the start - not only do I enjoy the Australian wines, I like that I’m helping new starters in the industry and while I have a group of wines on subscription for each new release, I also like exploring new varieties and releases. (By the way some of the wine labels are very imaginative and great conversation starters). My $40 a month subscription stays mine and accumulates to spend whenever I want to treat myself.
