We have been a customer of Nakroteck for years now, and unfortunately our experience has been disappointing.
Since last year, we have experienced ongoing issues with our email services. Our biggest concern is that outgoing emails to clients are often not delivered, which has had a significant impact on our business. In many cases, clients have had to call us asking why we never responded, only for us to discover that our email replies were never delivered. Even when emails do go through, they frequently end up in recipients’ spam folders, making communication with our customers very difficult.
We have also reported another issue through support tickets regarding our website contact form, where visitors are unable to send enquiries directly from our website. Despite raising this issue some time ago, it has yet to be resolved.
Another challenge has been the high volume of spam emails filling our inboxes, making it harder to manage legitimate customer enquiries.
What is particularly frustrating is that these issues have persisted despite multiple support requests. As a business that depends heavily on reliable email communication, we expected these problems to be addressed more promptly.
We recently received a notification about a hosting price increase effective 1 August 2026. While we understand that prices may change over time, it is difficult to justify an increase when long-standing technical issues affecting our business remain unresolved.
We sincerely hope Nakroteck takes these concerns seriously, improves its customer support, and resolves these ongoing email and website issues. Reliable communication is essential for any business, and we would like to see these services meet that standard.
